Jing'an TRUE GO Hotel (Shanghai Jing'an District/West Nanjing Road) recensioner

Excellent hotel near the professional district of Jingan. The room is filled with nice touches, big comfortable bed, one of the biggest TVs I have ever seen, and the shower and toilet are completely separate. Very modern feeling, with a spacious lobby and some of the friendliest employees I have ever encountered in China. There are rentable bicycles just on the street. This place has some with the loudest slamming doors I have ever heard. In the middle of night and early in the morning there are small explosions jolting you awake. The boss seriously needs to install some silencers or gel padding to fix this issue

The hotel's location is very good and about a 15 minute walk to CBD and Jinan district. The amenities were also very good and staff was friendly. Would recommend to others and stay again!

Very prime location, right outside of the hotel is a famous cafe with really good coffee. Walking distance to any tourist spot!

OH MY GOODNESS!! This hotel is life win.. since we arrive the staff is very friendly greeting me & my friend make us feel good after long flights, 🫶 THE CHECK IN WAS VERY FAST AND SMOOTH🧡 🫶THE COFFE : the coffe machine was very good, every morning I have coffee that boosts my day, I will buy the same machine for my hotel too so my guests could be happy like me. 🧡🧡 one night we have party and we come back with our coat smell cigarettes so badly, I am try to look for dry clean laundry and the owner help us to the max but can only get it done until 3days we couldn’t do that as I need my coat, so he help us to get it done at hotel and he charges us FREE 🙈🙏🙏 🧡🇨🇳 the cleaners hotel room in Shang hai! I 💛💛every action the staff and the owner done is 100/10 help us a lots with taxi booking, laundry, sightseeing information, I will definitely comeback again and I highly recommended! 🙏🙏 THANK YOU TRUE GO HOTEL SHANGHAI, you all made my first trip to China experience unforgettable 🙏

Receptionists all are very kind and helpful , send parcel to hotel and they will help us to receive . We requested for late checkout and they also help us in this . Good environment with pantry area free biscuit and coffee

Perfect place! Enjoyed everything!

First of all, the location is really nice as it is near to restaurants and department stores. The thing that I need to complain about is the cleanliness of the bedroom is so bad, at first when I look at the room in general it seems to be clean and new but turned out with the dust and impurities on the facility. But they separate the dry zone and wet zone of the wash room and restroom and these two rooms are really clean, so I am satisfied with this except the bedroom which is not clean enough.

Second time staying here and the service was consistently good :)) room was clean and location was a short walk from the metro, so super convenient

The hotel seems to be a newly renovated. It’s located near Jing’an Kerry Center and other shopping malls. It’s about 10 minutes walking from the metro Line 2 and 7. They do not have restaurant and they do not offer breakfast. I am not sure if they will have this offer in the future. However, there are some seatings inside and outside the hotel. There are also many places to eat close to the hotel. I only have problem with the shower door. Other that that, it was a pleasant stay and quite affordable close to Jing’an area.

We are very satisfying to be able to stay in this hotel with very friendly service and very helpful in what we need.. Next time if I go to Shanghai I will definitely come back to this hotel..
