the accommodation was excellent, the breakfasts were delicious, the staff was helpful, especially Xiao Xiang from the reception, she helped me with luggage storage for a few days after check-out

Overall stay was pleasurable. Room cleanliness is tiptop, design is good. Love everything about the room. Location is not bad, quite near to train station,walking distance & there are some restaurants around the hotel. It's easy to Didi to pick up from the hotel. It's rather convenient. Recommended, very comfortable!

Hotel room is standard 3 star+, no window. It’s quite small. The amenitiies are not provided to all 4 nights of our stay.  Staff are quiet without say hello and smile with guests ☹️ so no communication and helping. They are not speak english. Location is fine although the nearest metro is 650m away from hotel, a bit far

Each room in the hotel has a window and covers an area of approximately 20-32 square meters. The area of each room type is clearly marked on the internet. The hotel front desk staff provide 24-hour service, and we will continue to strive to bring you a better stay experience. The hotel is located at 431 Liuzhou Road, adjacent to Tianlin Food Street, surrounded by large residential areas such as Riyueguang, Tianlin, Xujiahui, etc. It is only a 15 minute walk from Line 1/9/12. Our hotel can provide car hailing services for guests, and all rooms are equipped with intelligent customer control. At the same time, coffee and tea products are provided for free in the lobby. Room design, amenities, everything is good. But lift broke down for a full day made us difficult to walk up and down with luggage.the second room we have got for an extra night smells cigarattes.

The hotel is about a 40 minute drive from Shanghai Hongqiao High speed Railway Station, a 60 minute drive from Pudong Airport, a 10 minute drive from Shanghai South Station, and a 10 minute walk from the subway station, making transportation very convenient. The location is a little far from the metro station. There are supermarket and convenience stores nearby. The room is ok, but overall not a 4-star standard apparently.

酒店位置方便，周邊有地鐵和公交，不遠還有桂林公園。房間與官圖一致，還不錯，衞生也還行。早餐比較豐富，除了第一天滿房，後面三天給升級了更大的雙人間。前台滕小姐服務很貼心。是一個下次來上海還可以入住的酒店。

酒店不大但很乾凈，一樓有咖啡，蓮蓬頭的水大又熱，洗澡很爽，馬桶是智能的，床上也很乾凈，美中不足的是隔音不是很好，半夜聽到隔壁用水的聲音，聲音不小
