A good location for a long layover flight, it's close to the airport. The staff are super helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and cozy😍. Highly recommended if you want to be close to the airport 👍👍

The room is nice and clean with a big TV. The shuttle to/from the airport takes around 20 minutes.

Hotel staff were lovely and mostly spoken through a translator. The room was comfortable. The room was quiet once I figured out the window was open behind the curtains. The staff helped take all my 3 suitcases to my room. A robot sends food to the room if delivered to the hotel by an outside food place. The air port shuttle was very convenient.

Clean and modern room with comfortable beds. Quite near to Pudong airport for early flight. Hotel provides free shuttle every hour to and from airport. An good option for early / late night flight

Hotel has a perfect location for travellers catching early flight at Pudong airport the next day. It also serves breakfast very early, I think 4 am in the morning. Hotel also provides free shuttle bus to the airport, the bus journey takes about 30 mins. Just remember to register with the reception one day before. Lastly, spacious and clean room. I’m very satisfied with my stay there!

The whole staying experience with the hotel was great, Easpecially, their bus services, the front desk sent me very clear instructions where, when and how to get to the pickup location. I arrived 1 hour earlier than expected, when I called, they returned and picked me up. I was surprised that they actually sent a guy separately to the waiting aera looking for me and other passengers. Exceptional service, well deserved 5 starts. Definitely will stay in this hotel again next time
