-Room: 10/10 (mine was on the 9th floor with city view)
-Service incl doorman: 10/10 (especially front desk and room service was very helpful, very polite and very nice)
-Cleanliness: 10/10 (thanks to the cleaning lady)
-Hotel Bar on Lobby floor named Vinism 10/10 with Sisha (recommended)
-and hotel staff does speak English <3

The Hotel personnel are so welcoming and hospitable. The room's view and decoration is stunning, comfortable bed. The hotel location is perfectly close to the Jaingsu road metro station.
The breakfast has various both Chinese and Western style dishes.
It's strongly recommend to stay in this hotel to all travellers visiting Shanghai.

This is a new hilton hotel with extremely large size rooms. The room is clean and well organized. I feel so comfortable to live there. The hotel is only 30mins away from hongqiao airport and 40mins away from Disney. And it is near the yongkang road, yuyuan road and the busy area. The location is so great.

It’s relatively new hotel. Quite small room comparing to most of the international chain hotels in Shanghai. The shower room tiles quality was bad and hurt my feet. Italian restaurant serves good food!

The hotel has just opened so everything is very new and clean. There are almost no people in the pool and breakfast area at the moment, so I could really enjoy to the fullest. Check in stuff provided complimentary breakfast for me and my partner, I’m very thankful for this sweet gesture :) The deluxe room was amazing, very spacious with a nice design, bathroom is spacious as well, with a nice bath tub. Overall a nice stay, will definitely stay there again.

The rooms were hot even after the first day we complained to the reception and got upgraded to another room ….. it is not making sense that the rooms were under central air conditioning system because the corridor is much cooler!!

Hotel is okay, pretty new with nice lounge. But restuarant was cold with no heating. Also not within walking distance of main markets or attractions.

Great and beautiful hotel. Only unfortunate thing is the airco mode in the winter. It’s still too warm in the room.

The hotel is very new and my room was beautiful, comfortable with a nice view too. Most of the staff was enthusiastic and trying to help with everything we needed so we were all satisfied to be there. Breakfast was really good too and location is ok if you know Shanghai well. Would definitely stay again

It used to be hotel Nikon and they refurbished and rebranded it as Hilton. It's close to Jing'an / 禺園路, good location.
Room is big, facility is good Hilton standard.
The design of the twin bedroom is very funny, the shower area has nowhere to put your towel or clothes, the shower is also facing the bed with zero partitioning , the room is full of mirrors hence there is absolutely no privacy in the room, it's very embarrassing if you are not travelling alone... I was travelling with my parents and I found it very awkward...
It was also my birthday during my stay at this hotel, I did call the hotel earlier and seek for some birthday arrangement, which they kindly offered to provide a cake and re-confirmed with me during check in, but nothing was actually provided and eventually after asking (again) they gave me one breakfast. I understand it is something extra but I personally think Hilton has the capability to do a little more to make themselves more special, so to earn some returning customers.
