A very nice and comfortable place for families to relax and have fun in Service is good and there are free airport and Disneyland transfers! The kids had a great time here. Love how carefree the animals are too! Highly recommended

great hotel, great hospitality, great location if u want to go to shanghai disneyland. the staffs are very helpful. i asked to get some cough medicine.. they got it for me.. thanks you so much definetly will come back again when i came to shanghai disneyland

Fantastic location near to Disneyland, room was comfortable, and outstanding service. The bed was super comfortable, amenities were great, and the staff went above and beyond. Loved the restaurant food—would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

First of all really thank you for stuff kindness and help. Amazing place to stay with kids for Dineyland trip. Have free bus delivered and picked up from Disneyland. We have staid with 3 kids from 5-9 years old. Location is in quite and calm. Rooms are big but a bit cold in April. Thank you for girls who helped us during our stay.

The hotel is beautifully set up for families with children—thoughtful touches throughout. A great, relaxing stay away from the city bustle, yet conveniently close to Disneyland. Amazing staff—very helpful and proactive, especially with arranging things outside the hotel. Really went the extra mile.

This is a very good hotel for those who want to visit shanghai disneyland with a reasonable rate The room is clean , spacious enough , a proper air cond system , good amenities The breakfast is simple but quiet satisfying , they also provide free shuttle bus to and from disneyland and pudong airport All the staffs are very friendly and very helpfull They provide a free service laundry as well They also provide a home style chinese cuisine for your dinner , and the taste is very good with a reasonable price Very recommended hotel 👌

I just stayed at this property and had a wonderful experience. One of the best things was the staff – everyone was incredibly helpful and service-minded. Despite language differences, communication was never a problem. Our room was very clean, and the amenities were perfect for a family stay. We truly loved this hotel and would definitely recommend it!

This hotel is really geared toward families with small children visiting Shanghai Disneyland. They provide shuttle bus in the morning and afternoon. Breakfast is great and there's free laundry.

Great for kids... Free shuttle bus to/from airport and Disneyland... Animals in the compound as well but beware of the horse, it bit my kid on the chest (through 3 layers of clothes) and left a red mark.

The hotel location is very convenient. Near to the Disneyland. They have provide free shuttle bus to bring you to Disneyland. The hotel has few pets; 2cats, 1dog, 1pony, rabbits, bird, fish ponds and etc. It has playground and kids can have fun there. Staff are friendly and helpful.

I love this hotel so much!❤️ So convinient. So recommended if you want to go to disney and shanghai wild animal park.. the hotel has free shuttle bus to take you from the hotel to disney, and take you to the hotel from disney. It has 2 lovely cats, 1 dog, 2 rabbits, fish and 1 pony. Your children can interact with those animals. There are many books you can bring to your room to read. It has playground so my children didnt feel bored at the hotel. Breakfast time is 6-9 am. The hotel gave me free upgrade room too. Thank you..
