Stayed for 3 nights. Hotel is clean and location is quite convenient, near exit 14 although it’s all stairs.
The hotel has a robot that sends up your food delivery, which was quite cool.
Their hand soap and body wash smells quite nice (woody scent).

Great place. Very friendly helpful staff. All good except my twin room deluxe is small 22sqm with no place to rest my one suitcase. I rebook to a king room (30sqm) which is cheaper, for a return trip 5 days later.

Nice clean hotel, very small rooms.
Breakfast was disappointed, treated as a second class citizen by the operators, ignored when waiting to be seated, perhaps because I am a foreigner. Limited choice, coffee machine only serves black coffee, surely simple as connection to a milk reservoir. The fruit didn’t look fresh, the pastries stale, cereal not fresh. When I was asked by the hotel about my stay, I expressed my disappointment with breakfast. They back tracked and said that the restaurant is not operated by the hotel, yet they sell rooms with breakfast option?

Good location to Nanjing Pedestrian area, breakfast was disappointing and located in seafood restaurant. Breakfast spread was displayed next to aquarium of live seafood so the smell is quite fishy.
Hotel corridors smell like cigarettes, and ventilation can be better. AI in rooms is smart and useful, hot water heater and water pressure in rooms are great. Beds are comfy. Overall satisfied with the rooms and value for money.

Zach made our stay really pleasant. He upgraded our rooms and was friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with new fittings and good air con/heating. The location is very central and close to lots of tourist spots like The Bund. We would stay here again.

I had a wonderful experience upon arriving at the hotel. Miss Tong and Mr. Teng greeted me with warm smiles and were very helpful in assisting me with my room registration. Miss Tong informed me that my original booking was for a room without windows and kindly offered to upgrade me to a room with a window for an additional charge. However, after I shared my unfortunate experience with a taxi driver who charged me three times the usual fare from the train station, Miss Tong was incredibly understanding. She told me that another customer had faced the same issue earlier that morning and, as a gesture of goodwill, offered me the window room upgrade at no extra charge.
I also want to express my gratitude to Mr. Cui and Miss Liu, who were always patient and helpful whenever I had questions. They guided me on directions and how to get to various attractions on my itinerary.
The room itself was clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished. The location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to the MRT station, Nanjing Road, and other popular attractions. The MRT from Pudong Airport takes about an hour to reach the hotel, which was very convenient.
Overall, I had a fantastic stay, thanks to the attentive and thoughtful staff, as well as the great location of the hotel. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!
