Good enough. Clearing lady very nice, friendly and helpful. Breakfast ok. Nice to be able to do our own laundry. Electric toilet. 2 subway-lines come here.

The location is convenient as it is just a walking distance from Jiashan Road metro station. You can walk to Tianzifang and the old French concession. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is clean and the sheets smell nice.

The bed was two single beds put together so it was not that comfortable in the middle. We came to the hotel to only sleep and that too was not so comfortable. Not gonna book again. There were some cobwebs in the room that I had to show to the staff to cleanup.

Not friendly at the reception and did not inform the customer enough. For example about breakfast time

My two friends stayed here when they visited me in Shanghai, they loved it! Check in was easy, room was clean and tidy and across the street from the metro station!

Very helpful and kind! Would stay there again. Location is not very central as such but metro is easy to reach and Tianzifang Market is in walking distance.

The Shanghai Pearl Hotel is very nice but reasonably priced. It is very clean. My room was quiet, and the staff were super friendly and helpful.

Great hotel, friendly staff and good rooms. It even has a Starbucks at reception for that much needed morning coffee. We have booked for weekends away and would happily book again when needing to stay in the area.

Nicely positioned close to metro and shopping malls, breakfast is very good with handmade tasty noodles.it’s my second time. I will recommend it with pleasure!

I stay here each time I visit Shanghai. The hotel is excellent. The staff are friendly and efficient. The rooms are comfortable. The location in central Shanghai is fantastic.
