The hotel also features a nice steam room, which was a great way to relax and rejuvenate. I loved spending time there after a long day out. Additionally, there’s a large mall close to the hotel, making it convenient for shopping and entertainment. The reception staff were super friendly and really helpful, always ready to answer any questions or give recommendations. It made the whole experience so much better! The service was spot on, and the facilities were awesome too. The rooms were comfy, and everything was clean and well-kept. I also enjoyed the gym and the food there. Honestly, everything was just really good, and I’d totally recommend this hotel if you're looking for a relaxed and enjoyable stay!

I booked room for my client from UK they kept me informed Steven wu was thoughtful and considerate room was spacious and the service of front desk was flawless they were looking forward to coming back soon Wyndham nanxiang was a home away from home

WARNING!!!!!! The hotel does not offer air con despite its 24-25 degree outside during the day! At night the temp is as high as 27-28 according to the temperature monitor.

多次入住 實在無法入住 當天下午5點就退房走人 上午10點多入住 電視信號📶有問題 打電話前台催3便 其次空調老舊不説 冷氣幾乎沒有 也是電話催了N次 工程部才來 空調面板壞了 設備老舊 我幾乎熱的不行 最可惡的就是門壞成這樣 幾乎可以推開 玻璃上面污垢 看着噁心 至於環境衞生不想多言 以後結束不會在入住這家酒店 不是一次這樣了 而且前台服務員態度 真的有待於提高 500多一間酒店 我估計全上海也就這家

對本次入住辦理感到非常滿意。下午到店時前方有一對客人訂的日期搞錯前台沒看到訊息，Seline 劉倩 馬上從後面前來辦理手續，這種積極的工作態度值得肯定，回答問題熱情不失禮貌，看得出非常專業，令人滿意。其他酒店細節非常令人滿意。早餐遇到的日本老年團也對酒店的設施與服務也表示肯定。另外在8/10遇到的不快也要吐槽一下。**點評根本沒有回覆，那次很是不快，一併吐槽一下.

總體感覺一般般吧，床品倒是蠻乾淨的，但是房間味道特別大，空調聲音也非常大，洗手枱感覺是年限久了還是啥原因，有很多污垢，地下停車場味道更加是一言難盡，早餐簡簡單單吧，訂的一晚709 和嘉定凱悦價格差不了多少，但是總體體驗感差太多……
