Waiting Hotel (Shanghai Xujiahui Branch) recensioner

My family and I really like the hotel. We will recommend it to our friends and relatives when they come to Shanghai for holiday. The hotel has a complementary laundry facility which is very convenient.

Close to wukang Road, travel by bus. Nice to have massage chair at the level 6 while waiting the laundry

Cons: Very old towels with holes in it. Non-existing WiFi which clearly isn’t capable to cover all the guests. The windows of all twin rooms open to the same pit, which echoes every conversation and music from open windows. Pros: Good water pressure and hot water immediately available.

lobby receptionists were not friendly, no soundproof, i can hear the other room loudly, pillows uncomfortable, towels with holes, no ventilation too, it's so hot since the aircon is centralized, it was the first time i felt (on a vacation) that i really wanted to go home

We love the mall which is opposite the hotel. Many eatries and a decent supermarket! Will definitely stay again when visit Shanghai again.

No any English in the hotel, note it if it is important for you. Everything rest was good. Spent almost month here. Breakfast is absolutely not western. Has some options of soup and noodles, but is hard to understand how to use it and order it and what is it, haha. Breakfast time ends early, but is usual for China. Little gym, laundry - you can wash and dry your clothes. Nice location, different metro lines nearby. Little shopping mall with very good supermarket. Nice toilette😁

Stayed for 3 nights, 2 rooms. Hotel in general is good, lots of coffees/restaurants nearby. Enjoyed our stay

Nice day good hotel

Good location, very helpful staff, clean room, good AC, comfortable bed. They let me leave my luggage for a couple of days while I left Shanghai for a short gateway, super happy about my stay there.

Soundproof not good Location 10min from metro Wal mart need to transit 1-2 station to reach

The hotel's location is favorable, situated within the city but away from the main tourist crowds. This suited us well, as we did not intend to use the subway during our trip. The room and facilities were satisfactory and offered good value for the price. We stayed in a family room with two medium-sized beds, which was adequate for our family of two young children. We particularly enjoyed the mall opposite the hotel and the numerous coffee shops nearby. While the staff cannot communicate in english, they were willing to provide assistance when requested; we utilized Google Translate for communication. However, we noticed a persistent smell of smoke in the room and corridor at night. We understand this is common in Shanghai, as we encountered similar odors in taxis, public restrooms, and other locations.

The stay was very comfortable and I really appreciated that it was located right across a mall with great food and beverage options. It’s about a 10 minute walk from the subway station, which was nice. Overall, a fairly quiet area not located super close to any major tourist attractions, but close enough to the subway that it’s still easy to get around. The lighting was a little too dim for my taste, but it really wasn’t an issue considering I was out for most of the day. They also had complimentary umbrellas to borrow, which I was very grateful for!

The location is great and the staff are responsible and kind. Unfortunately we pay for a 4-star hotel but the breakfast is at most suitable for 3 star hotel.No recharge on bread and sweets.Just one kind of fruit and completely chinese breakfast. Absolutely, the hotel should make a big change in this case.and chande the restroom towels, too 位置很好，工作人员负责和善良。不幸的是，我们支付了四星级酒店的费用，但早餐最适合三星级酒店。面包和糖果不充值。只有一种水果和完全中式的早餐。在这种情况下，酒店绝对应该做出重大改变。

Room is alright except no window. It was not mentioned in the website.
