Very clean and quiet room. Hotel at first a bit difficult to find, but then it's all good. staff very friendly and professional. Excellent room renovations.

I recently stayed at Yitel Premium Shanghai Jing'an on Nanjing West Road, and I have to say, it was a great experience! The hotel is super clean and comfortable, which is always a big plus for me. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of the action. I loved being able to walk to nearby shops and restaurants without any hassle. The staff were really friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. Oh, and the breakfast? Definitely worth mentioning! They had a nice variety of options that set me up for the day. Overall, I’d say if you’re looking for a solid place to stay in Shanghai, Yitel Premium is a great choice. I’d totally recommend it!

I wouldn’t stay here again. The location is great, but we found a dead cockroach in our room when we arrived. The room smelled like smoke, and even though it says no smoking in the rooms, a guest was smoking in the corridor outside his room near staff without repercussions. The staff was also arguing about how to process our passports, which I felt was unprofessional and made our check-in process take longer. For this price, you’ll find much better hotels in this location.

The hotel is on the third floor. The hotel wasn’t bad, it was pretty decent. Just the noise insulation isn’t great. But overall the room was clean.

I have to leave a terrible review for this hotel because of the extremely poor design of the rooms. In the corridor there is an automatic motion-activated light that turns on any time someone pass through to use the bathroom. This lights up the whole room and there is no way to turn it off without powering off the whole room. This resulted in my partner and baby waking up every time the light got set off. Why would anyone want this kind of automatic light in a hotel room? It’s awful.
Also, can’t recommend the service. Even though we had 6 pieces of luggage, the guard just stood there and stared us rather than help to the lobby on the 3rd floor.

Room was lovely, very clean and decorated well. Hotel was a bit hard to find and there were no signs on the outside of the building to say that the hotel was there, or to go to the 3rd floor.
