It’s not good hotel for foreigners, because no one can’t speak English, it’s traditional hotels and hospitality is good

The location is perfect to explore the town, just walking distance to the tourist centre. The hotel is amazing and beautifully set out in an ancient house. Services and food was excellent. Our butler Edison was very helpful and looking after us all the way during our stay. Be sure will be back again for a longer holiday

Had a wonderful Mid Autumn Festival trip to Ahn Luh Zhujiajiao, we spent most of our time in the hotel, it is so peaceful, the service is impeccable, everyone is sincere and went out of their way for us. Especially Alisa our butler, she followed up on us throughout our stay, and even on her day off to make sure we were happy. Joann from housekeeping was also great, as she made sure we had everything we need in our room. Love the sweet soup they served at 5 pm everyday 😀Definitely will come back, because of this experience will visit the other 3 Ahn Luh Resorts in China

朱家角北門出來幾分鐘就到，徽派建築坐落於江南園林中。房間為中式帶庭院，很安靜舒適。酒店早餐有中式和西式兩種選擇，中式早餐很豐富。泳池不大但温度很適宜。COX管家式服務很貼心，房間贈送水果和晚間甜品，較適合週末度假。

入住這家酒店，整體感受超棒，完美契合其古色古香、傳承古建築以及服務奢華優質的理念。服務人員表現堪稱一流，不管是SPA的泰國按摩師，還是貼心管家Brenda、茶藝服務人員，亦或是細緻講解古建築的介紹人員Goerge，都有求必應，讓人倍感貼心。 管家Brenda對於我所有的訴求都及時幫助。服務很專業。 房間自帶的小院子獨具韻味，不過院子裏的花草修剪痕跡過重，若能更偏向自然風格，品味定會更上一層樓。另外茶具建議可以用更講究一些的茶壺，才配上書房這難得的靜謐復古環境。 酒店的古建築無疑是最大亮點，漫步其間，仿若穿越時空，古韻十足。強烈推薦給追求高品質、古雅住宿體驗的朋友！

臨近過年，整個上海都冷清了下來，和老公心血來潮就來打卡久仰大名的安麓。從停車場就開始有管家接應，然後衹要在門廳休息，管家Cos就幫忙辦好了入住，體驗感非常好。意外的被升級到了東籬閣，很大但是依然很温暖。酒店開夜床服務會提供兩份甜湯，此外酒店提供早晨的八段錦晨練、古建築講解，贈送國風拍照體驗，第一次體驗馬面裙，攝影師也拍的非常好。晚上還體驗了酒店贈送的泰式Spa，真的感覺好像回到了泰國一樣。整體感覺很好，值得推薦～

酒店坐落在朱家角景區對面，鬧中取靜的地理位置。酒店傳承徽派建築風格，據説和安曼是同一個設計師。酒店服務温馨如家，都是管家式服務，特別感謝cox全程熱情且貼心的服務，讓我們擁有一段美好時光🌹

第二次到安麓過春節。酒店對面就是古鎮，十分方便。酒店內部環境清靜幽雅、服務周到，全程由管家COX接待辦理，方便省心。晚餐就在酒店吃也很好，白水魚、河蝦dengq菜品十分美味。

古色古香的大廳，春節期間庭院裏一株臘梅應景地盛開，下午會送暖心的養生羹，餐廳的羊肉麪很好吃，要説不足就是房間的電視機太老了，像素太低，希望餐廳的菜品再多一點品種。

極其差勁的服務體驗，整個酒店的員工除了客房部的比較知道什麼為服務，其他的員工明顯缺乏培訓，甚至前台連個説英文的都沒有，第一天前台就帶錯房間，沒有收拾好且味道很臭的房間，説明部門之間溝通是很糟糕的；餐廳從服務到出品絕對是五星級服務的下限，整個酒店一個背景音樂都沒有，吃個晚飯特別陰森森的，衹有機器發動機的聲音. 招聘部門真的要下一番功夫，起碼自己要知道什麼才是服務，招進來的員工給你們砸招牌，口碑宣傳的市場決定性，這筆帳管理業主方沒有計算清楚嗎？ 這麼好的設計建築理念，這麼好的品牌，真的非常可惜！ 酒店的設施陳舊且不好用，門都是咯吱響聲很大，目前這個收費標準完全沒有任何價值，各位看官請慎重選擇.

趁休息帶老婆和4個月大的兒子入住了朱家角安麓，體驗很不錯。無論是酒店的建築、陳設，住房的環境、傢俱，亦或是餐飲、服務都達到了一定的標準。入住當天前台的工作人員還給我們做了免費的房間升級，另外還分配了一位美麗的管家Brenda小姐姐和我們對接，在入住期間的一些例如客房送餐和增添洗漱用具或是床單被褥的事項都可以與她溝通，後續也得到了及時的反饋和高效的執行，在這裏給她點贊👍。此外，酒店的三餐也都很符合我們的預期，餐飲部的工作人員也都非常貼心周到。離店前的上午10:30am，我們還一起跟隨酒店前台的講解員小哥哥，一步一景地跟隨他知曉了很多酒店建築、酒店背景的前世今生，感歎了工匠們巧奪天工的技藝和艱辛的付出。以後還會帶家人回來看看的🙏
