Xinju Garden Hotel (Shanghai International Tourism Resort)

Rooms were big and clean. But the location is not convenient for people without a car. It’s very far from the downtown, no restaurants around. It’s very quiet. I booked the room with breakfast and they said the cook isn’t available. So they prepared a very basic breakfast of milk boiled eggs and one vegetable stuffed bun for each person upon my request. However I have asked them to change the bedding but they didn’t bother and also the room cleanup is very average. But at this price it’s quite reasonable.

Nobody was at the reception when I arrived and I needed to wait. It's not very clean. The place of the hotel is not convinient if you don't come for Disney, I recommend you to hire a driver if you want to move.

Nice hotel. Very friendly staff. A little bit far from Ubud center, but there’re many nice cafes nearby. Tasty and cheap breakfast 🥞 Actually no indoor swimming pool, was before, now it’s a part of the restaurant.

One of the worst experience. I recommend never to go to this hotel. the only advantage is that this hotel is near to the Shangahi Disneyland and it has free shuttle buss. 1. Water availability: There was no hot water available for 3 days and it was winter period. we didn’t even wash our self for entirely 3 days. 2. Room: The room pictures on this app is totally different than the actual room. We booked a room with a room with the closet but they gave us a room without the closet. we had to complain and change the room. 3. Room Temperature: The room temperature is worse, had to on the heating after entering the room. so everyday have to wait in cold until the room is warm enough. when we talked to the reception she said it’s like that in all the rooms. 4. Cleaning Service: There is a button to on for cleaning, but it seems that we have to inform the reception if we want to clean and that button is useless. After informing to clean also they clean the toilet only. 5. Room Amenities: Requested the reception for a fork/ spoon and they saifd it’s not available at the hotel. 6. Luggage Storage: Asked the receptionist to store the luggage after checkout until our departure time to airport. She asked the quantity of the luggage and said yes. Once we went downstairs, she said that the luggaes are too many any refuses to keep them, we had no other option so we kept the luggages in the dining area at our own risk. 7. Customer Service: There was one good receptionist, but the other one is extremely rude. doesnt even greet and is always angry

It was a nice and comfy stay, very close to the Disneyland. The hotel provides shuttle bus to Disney.
