The hotel is clean and cozy, and the staff is very helpful I had to buy some things urgently the hotel staff readly helped though I speak a little Chinese and they speak a little English. We used translating apps to do the conversion. Rooms are big enough and room service takes place everyday. I will stay again if I get a chance.

This is the smokiest hotel I have ever stayed in. There is visible smoke in the hallways. I asked the staff to at least get the people smoking insode the lobby on the first floor to stop, they did not help. So i asked the workers in the restaurants to stop coming into smoke in the lobby. The ad they have shows a room with a window. There is no window. The ad also shows there is a microwave. There is no microwave in the room. The ad also says coat hangers provided.... but there is NO closet. I had to put all my clothes on the floor. Terrible experience, trip.com is such a scam. Fix your false advertising, and mention the thick smoke filled hallways that gets into your room everyday. I felt it on my clothes on the bed, on everything. They did give me an air filter but that amoubt of smoke absolutely cnanot be filtered out. 0 out of 10 stay. Avoid this place, so gross.

Only the third floor of the building belongs to the hotel area, so the smoking area you described in first floor is not the public area of our hotel, and certainly it is not under the supervision of our hotel. Therefore, our staff don't have the right to drive out the smokers where even doesn't belong to us. 2. We have washing machine, dryer and microwave oven in the public area, and we never advertise that we have a microwave oven in every room, please watch the ads carefully. Almost all hotels in China don't have a microwave oven in every room, what you are looking for is apartment. 3. Our facilities do not include closets, but we do have coat hangers in every room.4. The room type listed on Internet which you lived in is "Partly has windows". Maybe you don't understand Chinese but after you checked in, you already complained all these above to Trip.com and we told you clearly you can freely get refund and change to another hotel, but you did not cancel and stayed for 13 days.The information we provide online is accurate and true, there is no false publicity, please use your evaluation rights fairly and justly, do not mislead the guests in need. We wish you a happy life!

位置不算偏，樓下就有便利店和各種小飯館衞生整體是整潔乾淨，一眼清爽設施上的話，作為電競酒店，這個價位還是很好的，就是不知道是設定沒調好還是咋的，配置需求高的遊戲運行起來有卡頓，我玩的時間沒多久，也就沒想着調

每次出去玩都會選擇這家電競酒店，房型很多，房間裏還有小零食，價格優惠。屏幕清晰度高，鍵盤耳機鼠標都很乾凈。網速很快，打遊戲🎮無卡頓。前台小姐姐的服務態度好，及時幫我們更換設備，選的雷蛇的鍵盤和gpw二代鼠標，遊戲體驗上升⬆️

和朋友正好休息一天想着打打遊戲，去網吧烏煙瘴氣還不如電競酒店來的舒服。這家也挺好找的，樓下有麪條餛飩超市，挺方便，房間乾淨電腦流暢，小姐姐們服務也很不錯噠還會再來

床墊很軟，適合年輕人，枕頭略高，電腦配置優秀，不過店裡衹有配gpw，喜歡其他鼠標的需要自帶，浴巾克重高，毛絨絨好評，甚至還配了護髮素

房間有投影儀也有電腦，電腦很流暢，玩遊戲很爽，出差晚上回來搞兩把很巴適。服務：酒店服務也很到位，微信上有要求小哥隨時都能滿足。

設施：兩台4070+2k240機械臂，還有投影儀，配置很好衞生：很乾凈，房間很大，浴室很寬敞環境：住的是無窗房但是通風很好服務：前台服務很好，登記和退房都送了茶水

酒店的服務沒得説，前台工作人員也隨叫隨到，半夜點外賣還幫忙代收，服務超貼心，網速更是快的飛起。不管是熱門端遊還是聯機手遊，全程都沒有卡頓，房間打掃的也很乾凈，還有貼心小零食飲料各種小吃，投屏也不錯，看得很清晰，整體下來可以打9.5分👍

滿分體驗！電競愛好者的天堂！最近和朋友入住了網魚電競酒店，整體體驗完全超出預期！從進門開始就被科技感十足的環境驚艷到了，大廳燈光和未來風設計直接拉滿氛圍感，不愧是電競主題酒店！設備配置頂級房間裏的電競設備絕對是亮點！高配電腦、機械鍵盤、大尺寸曲面屏，運行3A大作流暢到飛起，完全沒有卡頓。耳機音效也超棒，打遊戲沉浸感十足。座椅是專業電競椅，久坐不累，鍵盤手感一絕，連我這種“鍵盤俠”都挑不出毛病！環境舒適貼心：房間設計兼顧了遊戲和休息需求，燈光可以自由切換電競模式/睡眠模式，床品乾淨柔軟，隔音效果也很贊，完全不會被隔壁打擾。空調温度合適，網速更是快到飛起，下載遊戲秒完成，開黑零延遲，團戰穩贏！服務細節到位：前台小姐姐熱情又專業，入住時送了飲料和小零食，晚上餓了還能掃碼點夜宵，直接送到房間。遇到設備問題，客服響應超快，分分鐘解決。最驚喜的是每個房間還配了置物架放外設，對自帶裝備的玩家太友好了！性價比超高：對比同價位的酒店，這裏簡直是“包宿+網吧+休息區”三合一的神仙配置！人均不到200就能享受全天電競自由，比單獨去網吧通宵划算多了，學生黨也能輕鬆沖！總之，網魚電競酒店絕對是我住過最懂玩家的地方！無論是組隊開黑、情侶約會還是獨自打遊戲放鬆，這裏都能滿足需求。已經安利給身邊所有朋友，下次一定再來一次
