Very good service. There is a bus to transfer to airport / to Disney Land. Breakfast is good Service Staff is good The room is good Location is 650 m far from subway station

Services are extremely good, ride to Disney, to Metro are all free upon request. Xiaojiejie at the front counter are so helpful! So worth it for this price 👍

Good hotel, location, services!

We booked 2 rooms for our family of 5. This hotel provides excellent service with small details which were heart warming. They provide snacks and coffee to take away at the lobby, water and snacks on the bus. Small things but certainly distinguished it's services from many others. Thumbs up to Xiao Liu and everyone in the hotel, from, front desk, to housekeeping, cafe, and drivers. It will always be our choice hotel whenever we are back in Pudong again. Thank you all👍

Great hotel and stay! We arrived late as our flight was delayed and we missed the pick up timing.. Hotel staff (蒋先生) came out to greet us and ensured that our taxi did not overcharge us. We were really grateful for the help. Breakfast options were plentiful and the food was good. They even provided my kids with a small toy at checkout for them to play. Highly recommended!

20mins from/to Pudong Airport, Chuangsa Town is not a vibrant city but worth to explore as cheaper food with big portion, can walk walk slowly before entering Disneyland next day. Overall the service is good. But we found the hotel room has smoking smell as soon as we stepped in, and the air purifier was not cleaned so the red right is on. The shuttle to Disneyland has advertisements and time is limited.

Our stay here was excellent. The amenities listed are very correct and I have to give extra credit to the staff- they were very very helpful, super proactive and made are brief stay here feel way too brief as we would’ve loved to stay longer. I highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was good, but the bathrooms and towels on the sink floor were so bad

The hotel is conveniently located at the center of the Town of Chuan Sha. It is a few hundred meters away from the subway station and approximately a 20-minute drive from PVG. Staff at the front desk was courteous both at the check-in and checkout.
