Good service and nice location hotel in Shanghai. Butler service level needs to update cos the response is slow. The facility is nice but the control panel is hidden and hard to find. Overall, the hotel is good. Btw, the dessert in room is very yummy.

From the moment I arrived, Mike’s professionalism and warm hospitality were evident. He ensured that every aspect of my stay was perfectly managed, contributing significantly to a truly memorable experience. Mike was always available to assist with any requests, whether it was offering local insights, making arrangements for my itinerary, or simply checking in to make sure everything was going well. His friendly demeanor and dedication to guest satisfaction are a true reflection of the high standards at Bvlgari Hotel Shanghai. I wholeheartedly recommend Mike to anyone visiting the hotel. This is the best hotel ever I have experienced. The concierge, Jack, was always kind and he took care of us. Also, the weather was nice and warm, so we enjoyed some meals at the terrace seat of 47th floor. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Really nice place, ideal for a lovely staycation in Shanghai. The service is amazing, a special mention to Eva and Kevin who made our trip a fantastic journey. Small thing but the elevator is a bit long.

酒店很貼心，從迪士尼酒店過去，帶了很多孩子的東西，還下着雨，禮賓部直接送到房間，由於着急定錯了房間，禮賓部Joanna 幫忙換了雙床房，非常貼心，回覆信息及時，並且有耐心，早餐也不錯，下次還會入住！
