We booked this to be close to Disney and it was very close. Good massages and hot springs. Just know that hot springs are nude so make sure you are okay with that. Helpful staff. A few restaurants nearby. Only complaint is that the shower didn’t drain very well.

It is very clean and the service is great. We had a great stay. I would recommend this hotel.

I must say if you are reading this then do book this place. It is a brilliant experience to seek in China while feeling Japan come to you. We came for one night and then booked another one as well. The place apart from the spa and massage, has multiple kids' play areas. Video games parlour and movie cinema seats with private screens. This would provide ultimate relaxation to you. Food can include some Western options though and a staff who can speak English as well.

This hotel is really huge, and probably the best value you’ll get around Pudong. Comfortable and clean rooms, very nice Japanese design. Hot spring spa has many options for a great relaxing time after a long day of walk at Disneyland. The park is just 15mn drive, and their complementary shuttle bus service is super convenient! Many not the finest breakfast but that will do the job if you’re not too picky on food options. Highly recommended!!

It’s great if you wana get away from the cold. The massage services inside are expensive even if you’re a guest there. The drinks are RMB38 for a coffee. Mattress was hard as a rock, hairdryer is broken, water pressure is not stable at certain times, there’s no snacks around but you can call delivery. Other than all that, it does look like a japan onsen.

A very delightful stay. We booked the wrong type of room (shared bathroom) and need to change it to the room with bathroom. They were happy to assist us. Room is very clean, and is cleaned everyday. Clean comfy pillow and sheets, they gave us water in the room as well. The hot springs are great, and most the area are very warm during the winter. They have arcades, snack bar, restaurants ( japanese & chinese food) cotton candy machines and more. Very close to disneyland Shanghai and they provide shuttle every morning before the park opens and picks you after the fireworks. Very convenient! Definitely recommend

It's a clean and comfortable hot spring, but foreign tourists may feel uncomfortable because no one speaks English. Most customers are locals

There is only one staff member in the entire hotel who can speak English. But they try to speak with me so thx u so much 😆👍🏼 The food is very delicious. The facilities are excellent and everything is in one place, including a hot spring, sauna, lounge, reading area, cinema, music area, shop, bedrooms, and much more—too many to list. Disadvantages: 1. The smell of smoke is very strong, even during sleep. 2. Shoes must be taken off at all times, which can be inconvenient. 3. The bedroom walls are very thin; you can hear everything people say. 4. The cleanliness of the floor is inconsistent—clean on some days, but not on others. พนักงานพูดภาษาอังกฤษได้แค่คนเดียวทั้งโรงแรม แต่ก็พยายามพูดกับเรา ขอบคุณมากๆ 🤗👍🏼 อาหารอร่อยมาก ความสะดวกครบครันเพราะมีทุกอย่างอยู่ในที่เดียวทั้งบ่อน้ำพุร้อนซาวน่านอนเล่นที่อ่านหนังสือที่ดูหนังฟังเพลงร้านขายของห้องนอนและอีกมากมายกองพูดไม่หมด ข้อเสียคือกลิ่นบุหรี่อบอุ่นมากแม้แต่เวลานอนก็ยังได้กลิ่นและอยู่ที่นี่ต้องถอดรองเท้าตลอดเวลาผนังห้องนอนบางมากใครพูดอะไรได้ยินหมด พื้นสะอาดบ้างไม่สะอาดบ้างแล้วแต่วัน

We touched down at pudong airport after a long morning… checked into this hotspring to relax and enjoy! Love it! Even better than in Korea and Japan. It’s a blend of everything good from different country’s hot spring culture. Love the facilities and body scrub and face mask service. Squeaky clean and comfortable! Great experience! The various sauna rooms were amazing! The common areas to rest could be cleaner tho! Could do with air purifier and scent to make it more pleasant.

I booked this hotel as it's near Disneyland, and it's promoted as a hot spring hotel..turned out that it's not a real hot spring hotel, but more like a public bath experience for those who love hot spring.. Overall the experience of staying at this hotel is pleasant, the public bath and hot stone/sauna facilities are good..However, many other facilities in this resort require additional payment, and it's quite expensive (say 15min karaoke is around RMB30)..it should be cheaper for the residents here.. I booked a twin bed room, the space is not too big or small, however, there's an odour in the room, which is not quite pleasant..this is a big turnoff for me as I'm quite sensitive to smell..also, the sound proofing system is not good too..I could hear people talking late at night and early morning..it's quite annoying as it disrupted my sleep.. Other than that, all is acceptable..oh I forgot to mention, the breakfast is good! I enjoyed the corn and porridge..

Our favorite hot spring hotel in Shanghai, one of very few (if not the only one) that has rooms with private courtyard bath. We booked one of those and loved it , service was nice and they try to speak English to you if you can’t communicate in Chinese. Highly recommended for hot spring lovers and Disney visitors - place is minutes away from Disneyland and has a shuttle bus to get there. Only issue is the floor, since you have to remove your shoes on the entrance, I feel like they could pay more attention to it and keep it cleaner. We didn’t risk it to walk around barefoot, it felt sticky 😣 Food in their Japanese restaurant was quite decent, breakfast was rich (very Asian tho). We will be back regardless 🙌

we need to stay close to the airport overnight. it is about 15m drive from the international terminal . very easy drive 1m from highway.  Hotel is actually has very nice concept ... from the moment you enter you feel very Japanese atmosphere . I also had a chance to use the Onsen facilities which are great !!!. I highly recommend this hotel after or before long flight 

Fit for travelers driving own car. It is a hot spring converted into hotel accommodations. Family oriented environment.

The hotel staff were awesome! They took time and effort to accommodate and respond to my requests wholeheartedly. I wish I could speak Chinese but don't worry they did their best to remove the barrier in various ways and methods! The hotel rooms and HotSprings and all the facilities were super clean. I am utterly happy with my choice to have stayed with them. The HotSprings and their service made me feel so relaxed and miss my country Japan! I can recommend this facility to anyone keen to experience nice and relaxing HotSprings outside Japan.
