staff was really friendly and nice but the towels were super low quality. You can’t even wipe your body or face with it. As it leaves the fur on your body and face which is super annoying. That means after your face wash or shower you can’t wipe your body with it coz it’s just gonna leave the fur all over your body.
I will never stay at this hotel again because of this.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was quite disappointed. The hotel itself is very small and outdated, which made the stay less comfortable. Additionally, they are undergoing renovations, causing excessive noise throughout the day, making it difficult to rest.
Another major issue was cleanliness—hallways were not well-maintained, often appearing dirty and neglected. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel until significant improvements are made.

I only came because I needed to spend the night before an early train in Hongqiao, and it was fine and comfortable! The reception staff is very helpful and nice.

Terrible experience on this place. The room was in full cigarette smell and the bed as well. The elevator was dirty and there’s no control for smokers. If you are a person who doesn’t smoke, this is not a place for you. those pictures doesn’t match with the place.
