Waiting Hotel recensioner

Very basic hotel, only chosen because of it's location on interchange of metro lines. Good enough for one night.

FenFen took care us well. The hotel is near Madang station. Room is abit tidy although it has what you need. However, I think the wall is too thin so that when other customers checkout in the morning, it was pretty noisy. Recommend to stay but ask for a quiet floor or room

Even you asked for a non-smoking, the room still smeeling cigarett everywhere in most room. There are also many cigarettes burn mark on there floor. The guest also smoke in the elevator. So, don't expect a non-smoking. Dusty air condition. It got under-staffs, all seems too tired and can’t speak any English.

It’s difficult to plot hotel on DiDi map. We went to the wrong branch and staff cannot speak Eng at all. Luckily it’s only 10 min walk to the right one. Be careful of the English name if you search on the map. It can be duplication. Need to check the hotel address. But hotel itself was not bad allow early check in. Clean and total is okay. Location not far from mrt madang station

It’s my flirts time staying in this hotel. It’s always a pleasure . It’s clean , well located , a robot brings the waimai to your door , comfortable bed , modern. Fantastic 酒店房间干净卫生芬芬服务态度好帮我升级了房间来住几次了机器人送餐很方便一楼有洗衣房总体来说很方便

Really nice and comfortable stay

Cigar smell, power outlets all out of order (loose conectors), no window, breafast is a 18RMB voucher to use at outside (very simple place with no coffee).

The hotel was small but very nice. Staff was friendly and I love the small 'library' they had in the lobby.

A good hotel in central Huangpu with a lovely park area in front.

First there was no Window. Second, weird small in the room. Air conditioner has no English language and it was hard to set it up

Clean , pretty good service , restaurants in the hotel is not bad

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Location is near the train station. There is a park in front of the hotel and many eateries nearby too.

The close to subway. But if you dont speak Chinese this is not your hotel. First of all, we wanted some information about the Shanghai tennis tour so we can book tickets. We asked and the answer was, we can't help you with that. Then, two days later, unfortunately the only day that we wanted to rest and sleep until late, at 7:00 am, 2 or 3 housekeepers decided to make a party outside our room, shouting, laughing and making noise with cups and other utensils so we can't continue sleeping. We said this at the reception and the answer is sorry I will speak with the housekeepers and please take this moon cake as compensation (it was free, we saw it when we arrived). Late in that day, when we come back, we found the room like in the photos, no more comments. We talked to the reception and they gave us 2 voucher for breakfast. This morning we went to have breakfast and it was outside the hotel, in a nearby restaurant in the street. All in Chinese, we don't understand nothing. Finally one girl helped us with photos, we ordered and there was a problem, they said it is too much. If no one explained it it is complicated to guess. After one hour of translation and missunderstanding we get the breakfast. I wanted to spoke with the manager and it is not possible until 9. What a bad experience, so unprofessional

Check-in was fast and staff was very kind to upgrade us to a window room. Cleanliness is ok, bedsheets and towels look slightly worn but clean enough. Only feedback is there is always the smell of lingering cigarette smoke. Other than that, the hotel is perfect for our needs as a stopover for the night.
