Room is comfortable. We stayed in 4 different rooms throughout our stay (multiple bookings) and while the room are similar, different rooms had different issue. 1 was faulty air con, which was fixed the next day. 1 couldn't do the 2nd lock on the door. 1 doesn't have a phone to call the front desk and the toilet bowl had a strange sound every flushing. But the room was overall okay. The biscuits and java latte instant coffee was good. They provided 2 bottles of drinking water daily, which you can ask for more. The water pressure was OK too.

Hotel is convenient but there are using air centralise system which I not preferable. I wish to shut all window due to vehicle noise at night but the air system was running in warm mode I am sweat during my stay. 🥵. The toilet is transparent glass.... If you are not couple better.... 😏.. Washing machine is not free. If you have large and heavy lagguage the metro station does not have lift or elevator. So you need to bring down towards the stair. 😔.

Everything was perfect! The location, the service and the room is incredible except on the wall inside the toilet is quite dirty.

Good hotel. Check in was smooth. Location is nearby metro but there is a bit of walking needed. Rooms are OK with comfy beds and good size bathroom. The rooms need a fresh coat of paint as there were stains on the walls and bathroom.

Very worn and tired hotel - great location though. The first room was dirty so we changed rooms. The next room the window broke so we had to switch again. This room, after a few days the window also broke. They tried to fix it, but it was still letting more sound through. Their solution was to fill it with tissue paper which helped a little but there was still loud street noise - see photo. One night the air conditioning was also not working and there was a smell of cigarette smoke coming through the bathroom fan due to this. So many problems occurred which meant we were very unsatisfied. Fine for a night but no more.

We where very happy to be so near to Jing‘An Temple and the French concession. The rooms are convenient. Some bath tools are not the newest but functional. The service is excellent.

i was staying in room 603.. the bed was comfortable.. the was spacious enough for solo traveler.. breakfast is decent but can be better.. at least i don’t have to go out look for breakfast on rainy day.. if yr room didn’t come with breakfast don’t worry.. there’s a cute cafe just around the corner also baker & spice is otw to Metro.. only downside there’s stain on the wall also in the toilet wall.. I have make a report at the reception but action none taken.. the stain still there..

The hotel was a 10 minutes walk from the metro and 71 bus station. Near the temple too. The room was pretty clean and the staff was friendly.

Probably the worst hotel experience I had in years. The hotel is squeezed between 2 construction sites and from one side the construction continues during the night. I have stayed 3 nights and the first night I couldn’t sleep at all because of the construction site noise. When I complained, the staff denied that there is construction going on and said that they never had anyone complain about that, but my friend did complain about that the night earlier. The staff is reluctant to solve the problem and have “take it or leave it” attitude. They agreed to change my room to the other side for the following 2 nights and it was a bit better. On the last night there was no cold water in the shower, it was challenging to shower with hot water only.
