Everything was perfect! The location, the service and the room is incredible except on the wall inside the toilet is quite dirty.

Good hotel. Check in was smooth. Location is nearby metro but there is a bit of walking needed. Rooms are OK with comfy beds and good size bathroom. The rooms need a fresh coat of paint as there were stains on the walls and bathroom.

We really enjoyed the croissant provided by the breakfast. The ham and cheese are a nice surprise.

Very worn and tired hotel - great location though. The first room was dirty so we changed rooms. The next room the window broke so we had to switch again. This room, after a few days the window also broke. They tried to fix it, but it was still letting more sound through. Their solution was to fill it with tissue paper which helped a little but there was still loud street noise - see photo. One night the air conditioning was also not working and there was a smell of cigarette smoke coming through the bathroom fan due to this. So many problems occurred which meant we were very unsatisfied. Fine for a night but no more.

i was staying in room 603.. the bed was comfortable.. the was spacious enough for solo traveler.. breakfast is decent but can be better.. at least i don’t have to go out look for breakfast on rainy day.. if yr room didn’t come with breakfast don’t worry.. there’s a cute cafe just around the corner also baker & spice is otw to Metro.. only downside there’s stain on the wall also in the toilet wall.. I have make a report at the reception but action none taken.. the stain still there..

Nice new hotel in the center JingAn. Room are functional, big enough for few nights, everything is working well inside. Breakfast mix Chinese and foreigners food. Good.

Great location closed to metro station in 3 minutes walking. The room is clear, cosy, well equipped. Service is excellent and well attended. Very comfortable.

Hotel Campanile is a funky and cool hotel in a great location. I take the Number 2 line (green) to Jing'an Temple station, go to exit 13 which is Huashan Road. When you exit, just walk a block west and you are at Wulumuqi road and the hotel is right there. The staff at the front desk is amazing and the rooms are easy to get to. They have these cookies in the room that I am obsessed with. The breakfast is delicious, but there are tons of local places to eat local cuisine. As stated earlier, you are only 1 block away from the metro so all of Shanghai is easily accessible. Check out is easy. I would totally recommend this hotel for one night or a week long stay.

Not that far from the metro station (the closest exit is 12). The room was clean. The staff were always there at the reception so it was convenient.

Very near to metro station, places of interest and eateries. Family room is very spacious. Room is comfortable. But there is no fridge and washing machine provided.

The location of the hotel is perfect and is near many places of interest in Shanghai. Hotel is quite old and needs renovation but rooms and common places are clear and well maintained. It is necessary to mention that slipping place is not a bed but a futon on raised floor "tatami" mat near the window. It is not very easy to come in and our if you are two. But the futon itself is comfortable - not too soft or too hard. Bedding and towels are white and clean. Tea cattle, water, teaand coffee (3 in 1) are in the room. Toothbrushes etc you can find near reception. Breakfast is good with fresh croissant and enough dishes of both Eastern and Western food. Staff is very friendly and ready to help. Price is a bit high for nowadays state of hotel but it is Shanghai...
