good location of the hotel, clean and large room. inconvenient hair dryer with a short cord

We had a great stay at this hotel! The room was beautiful, and the service was excellent — the staff was always helpful with any questions we had. The location is perfect: right in a great neighborhood with lots of restaurants to discover and plenty to explore in the evenings. It’s also very central, so getting around Shanghai was easy. My girlfriend and I felt very comfortable and welcome. Thank you!

Perfect location for The Bund and Yu Garden. The room was really good. Lovely cleaning service and in the lobby it was no problem to take a coffee and some water.

The location is superb, very near to the Bund and can get to the Bund by foot or by bicycle. Also very near to the train station within walking distance! There are food available at the immediate vicinity. They also have free washing machines and dryer, although it could be crowded. Very good stay although there is a dripping tap in our shower that was dripping throughout our stay, seems like the housekeeping crew didn’t notice even though it was dripping quite loudly. But also lastly, there is no sushi (food) in this hotel🤣

Good location just right next to Yuyuan Garden. Opposite subway station(just cross the road) Surround with a lot of local Restaurant and my fav Heytea. Walkable distance to the Bund.

Very comfortable for 2 pax, love the location the most! Close to Yu Garden with lots of eateries nearby. Very close to metro station as well! We also walked to Nanjing Street (20-25mins), very comfortable walk. Room was cleaned everyday, decent cleanliness. Happy to return again!!

Excellent locations and value for money.

The location of this hotel is way greater than my expectation. Many foods stalls around, very near to Yu Garden and the bund in walking distance. I’ll be back to this hotel again at my next trip. The staff is very very helpful and friendly.

Good hotel at a reasonable price. Room had all the basics you would need, good shower and aircon. Tips to find the entrance. Take the subway to yuyan garden, then use exit 7, then the hotel is opposite. The actual entrance is behind the Tori gate (first left street behind the gate) down a side road and then on the left. Go to level 4 for check in.

I had a wonderful time here. The place is great, with clean rooms and a convenient location that's easy to travel from. The receptionist was also very helpful.

Overall, it was very good and extremely worth the price. The location is excellent, with an elevator to access the building. The hotel entrance is at the back of the building (not on the main road). Taking the elevator to the 4th floor leads directly to the lobby. The staff doesn’t speak English, but communication is possible through translation apps. The service is satisfactory; the staff isn’t overly eager to assist, but they aren’t rude either. I particularly liked the curtains in the room; there’s a switch at the head of the bed to open and close them. The room door isn’t very soundproof; you can hear people talking outside. However, the walls seem to block sound well, as I didn’t hear any noise from adjacent rooms. Rooms: The room is spacious, making it convenient to open a large suitcase. It has a modern and elegant decor. Cleanliness is acceptable, with housekeeping cleaning daily, though not meticulously. There’s no unpleasant smell and no insects, which is satisfactory. Nearby activities: Nearby is Yuyuan Garden, just a short walk away. It’s a beautifully decorated garden (there’s an entrance fee, 30 yuan per person if I recall correctly) and has various shops around it, such as milk tea shops, yogurt shops, ice cream shops, souvenir shops, restaurants, clothing and shoe stores, etc. Safety: Since it’s near Yuyuan Garden, a tourist attraction, there are quite a few police officers around, making it feel safe to walk at night. Walkability: After exiting the metro and crossing the main road, you reach the building where the hotel is located. Just walk around to the back of the building to find the hotel entrance. It’s very close to the metro. Food & Drinks: There’s a restaurant under the hotel building that’s quite good. I tried the xiaolongbao and noodles there one morning. There’s another restaurant opposite the hotel entrance, and several more in the vicinity. Noteworthy details: The hotel doesn’t provide the following: hair dryer, scales (both personal and luggage), lotion, and refrigerator.
