Great service provided by the front desk lady who checked us in late at night and also engineering guy who fixed the bidet in the room. Hotel is located walking distance to the metro station. Recommended.

Really awesome place! It was really tidy and great value for money. I like it so much that I extended my stay by another 10 days. There are three small malls all within a 10 minute walk which is really convenient when it comes to lunch or dinner. Although, if you plan to go to central Shanghai, it’ll take you close to 40-50 minutes on the metro. Fortunately, the metro stop is only a short walk away.

The place is quite nice, the rooms are cozy and have everything you may need. CityGo House is located a bit far from downtown (it takes around 30-40mins by subway), however the location itself is good, the subway station is very near, there are also many shopping malls around, where you can find anything you need. The service though was not the best. It took a long time to check in with the foreign passport, the staff looked lost and confused. Their English is very poor as well.

Im happy with my stay here. The room is comfortable, spacious and at great value. I think the location is great too. Walking distance to the malls and metro station. The staff are very accommodating. They will help you with your request as much as possible. I will definitely stay here again if I ever visit Shanghai again.

CitiGO House Senlan service apartment is conveniently located, less than a 5-minute walk from Zhouhai Rd metro station. The apartment is well-maintained, with daily changes of beddings and toiletries. It features a good gym, halal restaurants nearby, and a quiet environment with soundproof doors. The building has a nice lobby and offers amenities such as a passcode access, a well-equipped bath, and a kitchen with a stove, fridge, and washing machine.

Very nice and comfortable room. There is no problem with hot water. The room has a refrigerator, microwave, slippers, toothbrush. Very beautiful window view 👍

It's a shame that this hotel is in the middle of nowhere because it's a great little place to stay! The room was large, clean and well-appointed with a mini-kitchen and bathtub. The staff was very nice. There were a couple of shopping malls in the area, so I found a place to eat, but that was about it. I was staying here because I had a flight out of PVG but it wasn't actually very convenient to get there.

Definitely one of the best hotels Ive stayed in shanghai, staff were very helpful nice and the place had really good cleanliness, Id say the location was very remote, but had no issue with check in

I had a pleasant stay at Citigo House, Staffs were bery accommodating and attentive to your needs. I was also given a free upgraded spacious room with bathtub that is also very convenient and accessible to my friend's room. The room amenities were perfect . Bed and linens were very comfy. The location is very convenient and safe . It is bery close to metro stations and nearby supermarket and malls. What I really love in this place is that the area location is very clean and quiet. After a long day of touring around the city center., you can peacefully rest and relax in your room. I highly recommend Citigo House.. snd will definitely choose to stay again on my next visit in Shanghai.

The facility is good and well maintained, the staff is cordial, and the security is excellent.

Great place overall, we really enjoyed our stay here. only thing is that we could not get hot water in the bathtub, it worked only in the shower. I am sure it will be fixed, I recommend
