The stay at the Radisson is always amazing Just didn’t have a chance to say hi to Angela this time round.

Overall, the hotel was pretty awesome. It was just a one night stay and I would indeed stay there again. However, they really need to restock the coffee and sugar for a room that has two persons staying in it. Although our stay did not include breakfast, we were offered a free breakfast per person, but never used it unfortunately.

Everyone was friendly and everything was going well until at the point of check out. There was a lady in reception by the name of Emma Li who was very unfriendly, dismissive and rude, she was on her phone when we approached her working station, and continued on it even when she was serving us, and seemed very uninterested in helping us when we asked her questions about storing our luggage at the hotel. I hope management will take this up with her, and also train her to treat her customers with respect and professionalism. We pay for good service and comfortable stay in reputable hotels like Radisson and it’s always so distasteful when you are treated poorly by the very same people that are supposed to make your stay nice and comfortable.

Stay was good, recommend this hotel As we stayed here couple of times! Suggest house keeping to vacuum floor on daily basis, my kid had dropped orange seeds on the floor which was not cleaned during the stay. Overall stay was good!

The breakfast was fantastic, serving all sorts of cuisines from local Chinese, Japanese to western food.

I stayed at Radisson Collection for 2 nights and had a good experience. The room was clean, and very comfortable, with a cozy bed and a nice view. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast had a good variety of options, and the location is good. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Since my work involved visiting the Indian high commission, the hotel was located 400m away. Continental breakfast was good. Room was clean and spacious.

The hotel room is a bit outdated. Location is about 15 mins walk to subway. 4th floor recreation centre beside gym and swimming pool, they also have pool table and table tennis for hotel guest that is bonus if you like to have a game during your stay.

We really appreciated the service hotel provided. They are charming, patient and detailed. We also want to thank Angela give us many tips in city specially we have been back Shanghai 20 more years. Thank you very much for helping!

**Review:** I stayed at your hotel and was generally very satisfied: the rooms, service, and atmosphere were excellent. However, I had an unpleasant experience at the reception. When I approached the desk, I was directed to another counter, even though there were two staff members who didn’t seem busy. I followed their instructions and went to the second desk, where I was again told to go to a third counter. Finally, at the third reception desk, I was redirected yet again! This was not only inconvenient but also left a negative impression. I understand that staff may have specific responsibilities, but it appeared that the issue was caused by a lack of coordination rather than workload. I kindly ask you to address this issue and take measures to improve reception service. I hope that next time my experience with your staff will be smoother and more pleasant. Thank you!
