1. The hotel uniformly sets the central air conditioning temperature in the name of environmental protection, but as customers, we cannot understand it. We checked in on January 28. It was so hot that we couldn't sleep. We called the hotel front desk in the middle of the night to send an ice-cooling machine. The 26 degrees shown in the picture was the result of blowing all night. The sound was also very loud. I couldn't stand it and complained to the manager on duty and changed a room on the shady side.
2. As a five-star standard hotel, the New Year is not a reason to lower the service standards. After calling to urge water delivery for 40 minutes, no one delivered it.
3. The phone emphasized that the child was sleeping. I called them on my personal mobile phone, but they still called my landline in the middle of the night to wake up the child.
In summary, I hope your hotel can live up to the star rating standards and pay attention to details! Truly put customers first!
1.酒店以环保为名统一设置中央空调温度，但是我们作为顾客不能理解，入住1月28日，热到谁不着觉，半夜给酒店前台打电话送来加冰的冷风机，图示26度是吹了一晚上的结果，声音也超大，实在是受不了第二天和当班经理投诉换了一个阴面的房间。
2.作为五星级标准酒店,过年不是服务降低标准的理由,打电话催促送水40分钟后没有人送来。
3.电话强调孩子在睡觉 我私人手机打电话给他们 还是半夜给我打座机把孩子吵醒。
综上,希望贵酒店可以对得起星级评定的标准,注重细节!真正做到顾客至上!

Lovely room, very spacious with everything I could possibly need. Everything was clean apart from some marks on the window. The lobby area was beautiful and there seemed to be plenty of places to chill out there - including a handy cafe with snacks & hot drinks.
Location was very good. Ten minutes walk to the nearest metro station at Xiepu Road. Good links on Line 14 to many of the sights I wanted to see. Didn’t seem to be much in the local area, but that wasn’t a problem with good transport links.
Service was excellent. Staff were efficient and polite. When they couldn’t speak English, they found someone who could to assist.
I’d definitely return.

The waitering staff was not excellent, I had to walk to the waiter to show him what we would like to eat. He was sitting at a desk busy on his cellphone. I've also asked not to be near the elevator, and they gave me the first room nearest to the elevator. I also booked a Riverside room that had more city views.

Very pleasant experience, we come much earlier and they let us stay before check in time..also gives us late check out..Very good services from the hotel, room had very beautiful Pudong scenery, robots ready to serves us, thumbs up

Stay away from this hotel!
When we arrived to the hotel they gave us a different room from what we ordered- a much cheaper one. We went to the reception to get a poor reaction that the hotel is fully booked and this is what it is. After we insisted they moved us to the room that we ordered originally but the air conditioning didn’t work, the refrigerator didn’t work and electric switches and plugs that didn’t work well. The whole time we didn’t get any help from the staff, they laughed and didn’t offer any compensation for their mistakes of the room or the condition of the room. We canceled the rest of our time there . I really Don’t recommend!!

Breakfast buffet was ok but nothing spectacular. Booked suite room that I thought would have lounge access, but nothing mentioned upon checkin. About a 7-8 minute taxi ride (barring traffic conditions) to Lujiazui area.
If price was significantly lower, I would stay again. But unfortunately room was way overpriced for what I received total.
