During my trip, the only aspect I was slightly dissatisfied with was this hotel. The housekeeping staff were more friendly than the front desk staff. When I asked the front desk a question and needed them to repeat again because I didn’t understand, they seemed impatient. The bathroom in this hotel gets very slippery when wet, and when I couldn’t find an anti-slip mat in the room, I asked the front desk and was told that the hotel doesn’t provide them. This is not ideal for travelers with elderly guests or children. Since I was traveling with an elderly family member, we ended up purchasing our own anti-slip mat for safety.
On the positive side, the location is excellent, close to Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, which is only about a 10-minute walk away. However, the hotel is situated right on a corner by a busy road, so it’s important to be cautious of traffic when getting in and out of the car.

I had a great time here. The environment and service were very good. The location was very convenient. You can walk to the subway station, bus station, Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street. You don't have to worry about food. You can walk to it. There are milk tea shops everywhere. Although the room is not big, it is enough for two people.

The location is close to People’s square station metro exit 7 and 19, walk in 5 minutes pass The New world Emporium mall. The hotel is close to 7-11 supermarket and restaurants. From hotel can walk to the Bund in 16-20 minutes. The hotel has house keeper service in everyday and don’t have smoking smelling. Breakfast is quite good, have both chinese and western style.

SuperB experience for staying ,friendly staff and very convenient location , the M&M and Lego store just behind the hotel building , walking distance to lot of restaurants and attractions including 外滩，this hotel very kid friendly with provided kid tooth burst . Hotel provided the laundry service very convenient as well
For sure to stay here again on my next trip again.

Good location, room is clean, bed is very soft. I can sleep well all nice. ABF is ok and staff is fine. Lobby is on 9th floor, near metro and connect with New world Plaza.

The room is nice and clean. The location is 5 minutes walk from People’s square and Nanjing rd. There is a lot of restaurants nearby.
