It was an excellent choice of accommodation that we picked. Strategically located at line 10 with an elevator right next to it. Also, there is Lawson across the street and a local biscuit store and a Starbucks beside it. The room is also very spacious and the hotel staff is very friendly. Amenities is also provided with 4 bottles of water and you can ask for more if you needed it at the hotel lobby. Would return again for sure if I am ever back to the city in the future.

Walking distance to Nanjing road, near to all shops and metro, very convenient and love to stay there. Definitely recommend who first time in Shanghai!

Location is their advantages if you have a big luggage. Elevator and escalator to Metro is at the hotel front. Staffs are nice and I love the continuous of their branding throughout scent and decoration from other JI hotel I've been visited. Room is not big but very cozy

We booked two rooms and requested room side by side last time during check in and the receptionist was very friendly and kindly to arrange it for us. The hotel located around wholesale shopping mall. Subway station just beside the hotel. Recommended 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Great location! just right next to Tiantong Station. Staff cannot communicate in English but willing to assist every inquiries by using translating app. The room is well clean with friendly housekeeper. Highly recommend

Best location for your stay as per hotel very close to shopping mall , McDonald , Lawson also only 10 minute to the bund room quite big also clean and new staff very friendly and helpful

Hotel is located next to subway and close to the Bund area. Very convenient for taking public transportation. Dominos, McDonald, KFC and other local restaurants just within a walking distance of 100m. Everything including shopping malls, restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. Hotel Staff is very helpful and can communicate in English. It was an amazing stay here at the Ji hotel.

I would recommend this hotel. the location is great. it's located next to metro station and near The Bund; you can just walk or cycling there. the room size is just right and clean, I stayed on the 22sqm. the only I regret is I should choose the one with window. without it, it's feel a little uncomfortable (just my own issue though)

Everything is good. Breakfast is nice, although it’s the same every day. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is close to the metro, but there aren’t many attractions near the hotel. There is no refrigerator in the room.

The staffs are super super super nice and supportive. We’ve been supported a lot during our 3-day stay at this hotel as my mom got sick and had to go to hospital. A male staff (sorryyy I forgot to ask your name 😭) even gave me his personal coat at night just because the hospital didn’t have blanket for my mom. And many other small things (order food on behalf of us cuz we didnt have Weixin, gave podridge and eggs for free 🥹 etc). I was very touched by the hospitality and kindness of the people here 🥹 P/S: hotel eposition is very convenient as there’s a metro gate line 10 right next door! Close to hospital, pharmacy, the bund, nanjing road. Rooms are clean and comfortable also 😊 Highly highly highly recommend this hotel!
