The Hongta Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Shanghai recensioner

This is my 2nd time here, always a great choice because of a great location, friendly and helpful staff

Out of the many hotels I have stayed in on all continents (except Antarctica) in almost 70 years, this ranks right up there for its really outstanding accomodation and breakfast buffet, and at an almost unbeatable price. Huge rooms (incl. bathroom), lavishly and tastefully furnished, everything very practical, simply the best. Outstanding breakfast buffet with attentive service, very pleasant atmosphere in the seating area (and throughout). This is not an ultramodern hotel and it is not on the Bund, but kept in best nick and thoughtfully modernized. An additional advantage: It is not hugely busy (though this might be bad news for the proprietor).

very bad ventilation the place is wreaked of smoke and dust allergy. wont be back here too old and not clean enough building. smoke comes out of air conditioner duct

location is good, near shopping centers. good price too. room is pretty big and have everything you need. good experience.

Hotel is a little old but more importantly, Executive Lounge was closed and shifted to restaurant downstairs. Food options for afternoon tea and cocktail hours had very little variety. Breakfast was only slightly better but still not of Marriott standard. Except for check in which was very good and fast and staff was efficient, otherwise everything else are lacking the Marriott and 5 star standard. What was most preposterous is during breakfast, several guests took the scoop spoon for the sauces and put into the mouth to taste the sauce and then proceeded to put the same spoon back into the same sauce bowl he tasted from. Staff didn’t do anything at all. I do not think this is acceptable in any part of the world. Quite disappointed overall.

The front desk lady is not very nice. She treated me differently than the domestic guests. She didn’t even tell me I can access the lounge though I booked an executive floor room. The room itself is good, the house keeping team is very nice. The breakfast is not good as the price. Even worse than a 4 star hotel. Most items are lukewarm, not hot and fresh. I had a dinner in the hotel restaurant, the food is bad too.

Room amenities and facilities quite out fashioned compared to newer hotels. Breakfast food choices are OK, but quality medium.

The service and ambiance was absolutely spectacular!!! I can’t wait to visit again!

Had a great time at this hotel the staff were very friendly and nice.

房間非常寬敞，沙發椅子床都很舒服，窗外就是陸家嘴景觀。 浴室也很大，有很多面鏡子，淋浴房下水設計的很好。 飲用水提供充足，房間裏有豪華精選酒店的書，很好看。 還送了早餐，前台和餐廳工作人員非常友善。 很好的體驗，週末staycation很好的選擇。

端午小童節，帶孩子市內遊，訂了套房還升級了更大的房間，小孩子跑來跑去很開心。看得出設計建造之初都是花了不少心思的，現在是有點舊了，尤其是泳池更衣室，有些可惜。大堂和送餐送物品的工作人員服務態度很好，迅速解決問題。

地理位置好，鬧中取靜，入住當天正好是端午節，因為行政酒廊裝修暫停使用，工作人員送了粽子禮盒，態度非常好，辦事效率高。房間面積很大，裝修不錯，非常安靜，視野開闊。床品舒適，早餐味道也不錯。酒店雖然年代長，但綜合體驗很好。以後還會再考慮入住。

世紀大道駅があるモールまで歩いて10分かからないくらいです。世紀大道駅はとても便利です！このホテルは古いですが清潔で、スタッフも親切です。英語が通じます。残念だったのは、ラウンジが一時的に利用できない期間だったことです。事前に教えて貰いたかったです。朝食はバリエーションが豊富でした。
