Min första vistelse på Pullman var så nedslående att jag aldrig skulle vilja bo där igen. Först och främst, som ett femstjärnigt hotell är det en avgift för parkeringen.Hotellets reception sa till mig att parkeringen inte tillhör dem, men säkerhetsvakten är från hotellet. För det andra, när jag checkade in hjälpte en medelålders hotellpersonal oss att bära vårt bagage, men när jag checkade ut tog min vän två stora lådor och gick först till parkeringen.Dörrvakten vid hotelldörren tittade på min vän. En person kämpade för att dra två stora resväskor och visste inte hur han skulle öppna dörren. Se bara med kalla ögon. För det tredje är hotellrummet riktigt litet, inte ens 30 kvadratmeter stort, och resväskan får inte ens plats i den. För det fjärde är luftkonditioneringen på hotellet för varm. Personen i gästrummet sa att luftkonditioneringen har samma kontroll och inte kan justera temperaturen. En värmare behövs i det mörka rummet. För det femte var avhämtningsbeställningen för stor och jag var tvungen att gå ner för att hämta den själv. Nedervåningen var mycket rörig på natten och lobbyn var mycket osäker. Kort sagt, upplevelsen av detta hotell är riktigt dålig.Det är inte alls den standard som ett femstjärnigt hotell ska ha. Rummet är litet och ynkligt.

Hotellets totala värde för pengarna är medelmåttigt och namnet lever inte upp till sitt namn. Det ligger bredvid tågstationen. Mjukvaran och hårdvaran är lika gammal som tågstationen. Det finns ingen kvalitetskänsla Lakanen är trasiga, mattan är smutsig, luften är möglig, parkeringsavgiften tas ut och executive loungen är sämre. Pappershanddukarna är av dålig kvalitet och de fokuserar på kostnad snarare än kundupplevelse. Jag stannar inte här igen.

Good location near the Louis shop. The hotel gave me a higher floor as I’ve informed that it was my boyfriend’s birthday celebration. They even decorated the bed with swan towels and flower petals. Great service! Will rebook if i intend to stay in the same area.

Location was great! Right opposite the Shanghai Railway Station and there’s an entrance to the Shanghai Metro a few steps from the main entrance. Very convenient if you’d like to travel to other cities or within the city. Space was really clean too. Food delivery (*******) can be retrieved from the ******* Locker right at the doorstep of the hotel, which is very convenient (though not as convenient as having a robot to the doorstep). There’s a couple of banks/atms in the vicinity and an ICBC branch across the street. Front desk and concierge had great service and were really helpful too. Really enjoyed my stay here and will definitely return in the future.

Big room, nice n the staff very helpfull. The restaurant at the 1st floor so good and also at 5th floor, breakfast good, they gave me a free cake for my bday n its yummy😍

it was a great experience to stay at 上海静安铂尔曼酒店。the services provided by the reception especially the manager 金秋 was world class. I will definitely come back again when I need to stay at Shanghai next time

Stayed here recently and overall had a pretty average experience considering a big brand like Pullman. The location is fantastic — right above the metro, which makes getting around super convenient. That said, the hotel could use a bit of refreshing. I had to change rooms after the first night due to a water heater issue. But shoutout to the relations manager, who handled the situation really well and even upgraded me to a nicer room, which definitely made the rest of my stay more pleasant. One thing that could really be improved — ******* deliveries. It’s quite a hassle to go down to collect items yourself. Would be a huge plus if they had delivery robots or some system to send items up to the rooms, like some other hotels in Shanghai already do. All in all, decent stay with great service recovery, but a revamp of the hotel is overdue.

We stayed here for 3 nights in a Standard Twin Bed room, which included breakfast. The room wasn't too big or too small — just right for two people. Each bed was about 110 cm wide, which was comfortable enough for a single sleeper. On the first day, we got a room that smelled like cigarette smoke. We thought turning on the AC would remove the smell, but it didn’t, so we couldn’t sleep all night. On the second day, we asked to change rooms and were given one that didn’t smell anymore. Breakfast had a good variety, offering Western, Chinese, and Asian options. There were several types of porridge, and the Chinese dishes tasted authentic and flavorful. We requested a late check-out until 2 PM, and it was approved, but we ended up checking out earlier at around 12:30 PM. The building is surrounded by a variety of restaurants and mobile phone repair shops. The location is quite strategic — it's close to the train station, which made it easy to travel both within the city and to other destinations.

Good stay in Jing An, so many things too do in the location. Good service and quality of the hotel products. Good recommendation from Trips.com
