Very good location of the hotel, comfortable beds, good breakfast. Great view. Checked in quickly. When leaving they helped call a big taxi for a large number of suitcases. Cons: at breakfast my daughter poured herself some water, and the glass was dirty with red lipstick - it was poorly washed. It was unpleasant.

This hotel is a great choice, located in an excellent area. It’s convenient and comfortable, with friendly and welcoming staff. The breakfast is delicious and offers a wide variety of options. The room might be a bit small, but it’s quiet and free from any cigarette odor.

The location is conveniently situated in the heart of East Nanjing Road. The staff is proficient in English communication.

location wise it’s ideal however i really dislike the soundproofing of the rooms, you can actually hear from the next room and corridors

This Radisson is my #1 pick for Shanghai whether you are here for business or pleasure. Amazing value for money given the location - you can walk to the Bund or French Concession, it’s a direct subway from Hongqiao airport/railway station. Hotel is well maintained, excellent customer service, rooms are clean and modern. If you’re lucky you will get a great view over to the Bund like I have a number of times staying here!!!

Great location, very convenient and the staff speak good English. The hotel lobby is on level 2, and is accessed by a ramp from street level. We had trouble getting a cab to the lobby (more often they ended up across the street and they cannot turn around). We had more success directing cabs on the didi app to pick us up at the roadside. Breakfast was great and we had a view of the Pearl tower from our hotel room.

Disappointed with this hotel. the room is totally non sound proof. We could hear the TV sound from next room loud and clear and resulted we need to call the main desk to inform the next room to lower TV volume. Met with heavy rain during one of the day. Rain sipping in from window the whole night. Requested to change room but was told the whole building has the same leakage problem. Very old hotel that really need a make over. Not worth the money paid. will not return again.

A beautiful hotel that caters to foreigners and very friendly. My stay was comfortable, their beds and pillows are so good and soft definitely would stay again!

A good hotel with a convenient location: 1 kilometer to the embankment and direct access to Nanjing Road. Beautiful view from the window, good service, excellent gym, very tasty and rich breakfast, and a very reasonable price, especially considering the booking period - a national holiday in China. The metro station is not far, but you can also walk to the Yu Yuan Garden and many shopping centers. There are many good places around where you can eat inexpensively, you just need to go a little further away from Nanjing Road. I recommend this hotel. Upon check-in, they took a deposit of 1000 yuan, but immediately after check-out, the money was returned to the card.

Fantastic stay in a great location. The attention to detail was great. From a letter explaining about traffic during the holiday week to a birthday cake left in our room for my daughter’s birthday. I’ll be staying there again.
