I have enjoyed my stay at the ssaw hotel. The staff were helpful and special thanks to Jackson for attending to our needs! Most of the staff are able to communicate in English. The bed is good to sleep in too. Metro is only 5 min away from the hotel. The lobby also offer free coffee! I would recommend to stay at this hotel .. good job guys !

6. rooms are big and nice
tip: just book the room with breakfast, other packages not worth it. add ons are not worth its value.

3 stars hotel very noisy due side by side construction zone, it's not located at Bund that is 2.5 km away or 26 minutes walking, Impossible to sleep and rest properly.
Old and not maintained building, very old and dirty windows.
No common space, impossible to meet people. You need to stay in your ti
Unsafe! I hurt myself in the bathtub because they put an iron wire in the center.

Hotel stay was enjoyable as the staffs are friendly and professional. The buffet was a great spread of mixture of Chinese and western food. The location is pretty strategic as well.

Hotel rooms are very nice. The hotel staff are very polite and helpful and assisted with our request to have a second bed. Hotel breakfast is good 👍 enjoyed our stay here. Very near to Yu Garden metro and can walk to the Bund.

Check in was seamless, complimentary minibar in the room. (Coke, sprite and 2 bottles of water)
Free water at the Lobby for hotel guests too.
Hotel is within walking distance from The Bund (10mins or so), Xintiandi.
Breakfast spread was good, international spread.
It's nice to sit at the outdoor dining area too. Perfect weather!
Will be back as the bed is really comfy, room was clean, toilet too!

Big, beautiful hotel just steps from the Bund and a subway stop. Very near the Yuan Gardens. My room was large, well appointed with a huge bathroom, including bathtub and shower. Air conditioning worked great, which was necessary, because it was hot and humid in May. The front desk was helpful, though not much English was spoken by many of the staff. Lots of international visitors. The breakfast was large but way over-priced. There are lots of shops and places to buy take away, however.
