The Eton Hotel Shanghai recensioner

Ventilen i rummets duschrum hade lukten av rök som vällde in i rummet. Det fanns en lukt från toalettavloppet på rummets toalett som spred sig in i rummet. Lukten höll i sig hela natten. Nästa morgon bad gästen hotellet att hantera det. Hotellet bad städpersonalen att spraya luftrenare för att dölja lukten. Efter att gästen kommunicerat med hotellet många gånger gick hotellet med på att byta rum. När gästen omklädde rum sa hotellpersonalen till gästen att inte ta med sig rummets klädhängare till omklädningsrummet och såg sedan gästen bära sitt bagage.

Det här hotellet var för smutsigt och ohygieniskt. Det städades inte före incheckningen. Det fanns kondomer och vätskor kvar på golvet. De vägrade att återbetala pengarna och kom med ursäkter för att byta rum åt oss. De undvek hela tiden ämnet. Sedan ringde 12345 för att klaga på detta hotell. , och de ringde mig hela tiden för att be mig att dra tillbaka stämningsansökan. Det här ditt hotell har inget samvete alls, det gör gästerna obekväma och är oansvarigt. Fortsätt dela över pengarna till oss. Du borde inte bo på detta hotell. För skräp och ohygieniskt. Ljudisoleringen av rummet var mycket dålig, jag väcktes av ljudet från intill vid tvåtiden en natt och det var fortfarande bullrigt vid fyratiden! Rekommenderas starkt inte! Kommer aldrig gå igen! Hygienen är också smutsig och det är hårstrån på sängen!

Really Beautiful hotel. Close to the subway with an amazing room view you can get anywhere else. It’s close to the Shanghai Tower and walking distance from a lot of major attractions. There’s a mixue, family mart, jianbing place, and manner coffee right outside the hotel exit so it’s extremely convenient. The breakfast was phenomenal with a huge selection and multiple coffee machines in case of traffic. I’ve seen complaints of the decor being a bit dated and it’s true, however I will say the cleanliness and neatness of the rooms combined with the view really supersedes that by a mile so i didn’t really care. I would definitely stay again.

Eton hotel one of the best hotels in Shanghai... It's in the same road with Shanghai tower. Less than 10 minutes. My room has great view. The breakfast was awesome and various The gym is big and open 24 hours There's a subway station in front of the hotel I extremely recommend this hotel

Family holiday with two young children. Eton hotel was perfect for us. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Our rooms were a little tired but well kept for its age and were clean and tidy. We really enjoyed the buffet breakfast, especially the kids. There was Western, Chinese, Korean, salad bar and pastries. Live stations included, noodle bar, eggs, Chinese pancakes and Western pancakes. There was also a selection of bread including matcha which was yum. I enjoy my Chinese breakfast so that's pretty much what I went for daily! (Don't get this readily available back home) The metro station is right outside the hotel but we found it quite convenient using didi app (through Alipay) especially with younger children. I highly recommend and would stay again next time.

The location was good. Well for us it was. Its like 10-30 sec walking distance from the hotel. And from the station to shanghai tower was like 2 stns away(?) 1 or 2. And to Waitan it was like 2-3 subway stns away. I’d talked the hotel assistant before I took off to Shanghai and I was afraid their English wasn’t good. But when I got to the front desk, I had no problem communicating with them. They were nice and friendly. The building has family mart so that was good too. Overall it was good!

Lovely hotel, nicely priced. We asked for a room with the city view and they were kind enough to provide us with one.

Hotel was easy to find as it's a huge place! One of the perks is that there is a train station just at the door step making it super convenient! Basic hotel room is super huge! And we were greeted with an amazing view!

Good location near metro & Room is very clean ☺️ I love it and promise to re-book them for the next to time😍

Just go for it if you are getting this hotel near about 350rmb per day

Located near River Good for travel to shanghai night sight seeing

The hotel is now so old and worn out. We have stayed at this hotel 3 times since 2018 and the rooms are getting more and more old. Considering that it was opened almost 19 years ago, the hotel now needs renovations. Its still a good hotel to stay in, great views especially in the evening. Breakfast selection not bad and very good location. The gym equipment is so old, the carpets all over the hotel floors have either stains or just lost their original color. The room furniture is also so old. I didn’t use the bath tub without a plastic, the water stopper looked rusty. The shower water pressure is so good and relaxing.

Fabulous hotel I've ever stayed!!! City view is terrific. Location is just a second away from Shanghai metro. Definitely would wanna stay when coming back to the city.
