Grand Central Hotel Shanghai recensioner

I love that the room is spacious and so as the bathroom. It’s very quiet at night, we had a good sleep. Food is ok, but can be improved by providing more options. Location is great, one minute walk to East nanjing road and is surrounded by restaurants and shops. Will definitely book again!

On our way back, we stayed at stayed at the Grand Central again. Not only did they give us a warm welcome, but they also upgraded our room to a suite. The staff was very helpful and kind. They have definitely earned our future business. Its location is a perfect walking distance for the shopping district and just a short walk to the Bund.

We stay at level 7, the room is clean and comfy. The house keeping lady, Rebecca Chen is very friendly and efficient.

The hotel is very big and clean. The staff at the reception and the bell boy are so friendly and welcoming. They can speak English so it’s very easy to communicate. The room are clean. I love the bed because it not too soft when sleeping. The highlight of this hotel is that they have the best location only 1min to the Nanjing shopping street and have lots of restaurants near the hotel. I really recommend

I'm glad everything goes without a hitch. My family enjoyed their ten nights there, and the room is tidy.

Very hardworking doormen and friendly concierge staffs. This hotel has the best location if comparing to hotels within the same area.

Location was great for sightseeing & walking to The Bund takes 7minutes with lots of shopping, restaurants. The room was good size for 2bedder, it comes with double sink in the washroom which makes it convenient when rush hour.

Frank kindly upgraded us to a suite for our 3-night stay at Grand Central Hotel, which truly made our Shanghai trip even more special. The room was spacious with beautiful panoramic views. The hotel’s facilities were comprehensive, and the service was top-notch. The Guest Services team was especially helpful, assisting us with ordering supper when we had trouble due to not having a local phone number. The location is incredibly convenient — right across from a huge Miniso and about a 20-minute walk to The Bund — making it easy to drop off shopping bags or sneak in a quick nap during the day. The only downside was the slow and spotty Wi-Fi connection. Other than that, everything was fantastic, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Shanghai!
