The staff helpful and supportive. The food nice value for money. The location very convenient to get everywhere.

We arrived early for a 2D1N stayover to meet friends and was glad they allowed us early check in. We had a twin room at level 6. Room is very spacious and generally clean. Understand upper floors jus renovated but too bad we were not allocated those. There are not many amenities around the hotel. Lucky our friends brought us to a nearby restaurant, BELLAGIO, which served good Chinese food. Had our breakfast at GUILINLAOSHIHAO, which served nice noodles the next day. Overall a good experience.

It was an amazing stay at the Grand Millennium. Room was very clean and the view of the city was nice. The whole room is very well equipped and the bathtub was very spacious. Facilities were great, the pool is big an nice and there is also sauna and hot water pool inside the changing rooms. Breakfast is one of the best we have tried yet, with a lot of western and Chinese options, it's definitely worth it. Besides we got a free upgrade to the executive suite which has the afternoon tea with coffee and pastries and also a happy hour at evening that include free flow of drinks and snacks from 6 PM to 8:30 PM.

The service of the reception people its awful. Everything it's a problem, even if you ask for an extra pillow they will make an issue out of it. Not recommended.

Even got upgraded when checked in 1am in the morning. Excellent breakfast as well. All in all great experience!

Best hotel in Shanghai, I like that floor-to-ceiling window looking at the city view from my room is superb. Great staff great service and excellent bar at the hotel

The hotel did not accommodate my requests as outlined in my trip.com booking, but otherwise I enjoyed my stay and would stay in this hotel again. There are many different services (pool, gym, spa) and places to eat and drink within the hotel, and it is next to a nice garden.

The room is very clean and looks good. You provide excellent hotel service, especially Mr. David at the front desk. He is very nice, has a great service attitude, and demonstrates a high level of professionalism. I am highly appreciative.

I enjoyed food, swimming pool, hot tub, and fitness center very much.

The hotel is in a good location, we were able to get to the places we needed to easily. I loved how clean the hotel was, and most importantly that the carpets weren’t smelly. The staff members were also very helpful and kind. I’ll definitely stay at Grand Millennium again.

I am just really attached to the millennium brand after staying at the Beijing one. This is my second stay at the hotel and it was really nice, The breakfast is amazing and the buffet dinner was nice. We stayed at a twin room I wonder why they have such bad lighting though at night the room looks so dark. We had the same problem last time and we changed rooms and the other room had great lighting.
