Family friendly hotel. Breakfast was delicious. Definitely worth it and I will be coming back again.

Perfect place for a little “beach” getaway within Shanghai! Lovely rooms, wide range of activities on the property, and fantastic pool with a beachfront for kids to play and adults to rest on the sun-loungers. The restaurant has fantastic service and decent dinner and breakfast buffets. Highly recommend!

A wonderful place for a getaway in Shanghai. Relaxing pool ( almost no one when we were there 👍) . Ok breakfast.

The hotel is a little out of the way but This pool is amazing and well worth the trip out! You get a beach feel while being in a pool! Pablo on check in was awesome, super helpful and very accommodating

it was good for having a relaxing time and getting out of the city but not too far from it. very accessible now as it is only about 1 km from the subway station, too bad it is a very lean season so the hotel was really quite, no breakfast buffet offered at the time I stayed but I had a wonderful brunch at Royal Restaurant, the Chinese dim-sum buffet resto at the hotel, delicious food and had a good offer too at only 99 rmb. although the hotel is niw a bit old as it used to be Sofitel Sheshan, I bet this place is busy during summer since there is a big pool outside and beautiful garden too. Great pool for families. The rooms were a good size, but had a smell in our room, maybe from previous smokers.

I don't usually leave the review but this one you guys need to refer. *Indoor swimming pool shower room: I've never experienced such a dirty place. There is a lot of mould in the shower room. No one cleans the shower room. Never visit again. Worst / horrible experience. *The living light(on the table) turns on by itself when sleeping. After many years coming to this hotel, it's still good for spending a couple of days, specially with children. Nice service, good restaurants and big swimming pool.

It was a fantastic stay! Clean room, amazing swimming pool but the most important is absolutely fabulous service! Ryan Chen was exceptionally helpful! F&B was great too. We loved the japanese set menu and breakfast! Everywhere we went to no matter what time of the day we saw Kevin :) looks like he is working 24/7 but always with warm smile and positive attitude. Highly recommending everyone to stay in this hotel and for sure we’ll be back!

Friendly hotel staff, improved English speakers since my last visit. Everything was excellent, my only advice would be tbe outside pool water level was a bit low and made it difficult for adults to swim. Other than that, we enjoyed the KTV booths, archery, and both pools.
