Everything was good except that when I checked in, there was an empty water bottle on the chair and a tweezer underneath the bedside table.

It was great. The staff was very polite and the gym and pool were both very clean. The hotel room was really nice. Great value for money!

Front Office Service was great! From the moment we arrived, the receptionist greeted us with a warm smile and promptly checked us in. They were very attentive to our needs, providing useful information about the hotel facilities and local attractions. The process was efficient and hassle-free, making our arrival smooth and enjoyable. Overall, the front office staff exceeded our expectations with their professionalism and friendliness. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service during their stay.

A very decent, practical and comfortable stay. The location is within 5mins walk from the nearest Metro Station (Dapuqiao). The hotel has aged, but still very well-maintained. The room is spacious, bed is very comfortable. Bathroom is big and nice as well. Breakfast is decent but a little disappointing, especially if you come down late they may not top-up the food and beverages anymore. But the selection is quite good. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Overall very good stay and value-for-money. Recommend.

Location is good, near to tourist spot “tian zi fang” room is pleasant if got air controller with a/c n heater will be great.

I had a wonderful stay at the Pullman Shanghai Central for a relaxing birthday staycation. The front desk team was fantastic and went above and beyond to accommodate a special request for my birthday. I was also pleasantly surprised when the chef delivered a delicious cake to my room to celebrate the occasion. The dining room where breakfast was served was stunning, and the pastries were especially delightful. Overall, I had a brilliant experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay.

We had very good stay in this Pullman. Well located close metro, shopping mall and Tizinfang small streets. Front office was always very helpfull with any request i raised. Especially Zhou Kang help us to find for us one specific exhibicionismus in shanghai. Also Thanks to him we got our room earlier and it really helped us to survive our first day after long journey. Swimming pool is good one, reasonable size, just bring cap. We also liked Executive lounge with good variety of foods and drinks. Breakfast server till 10:30 also helped ;-). I can only recommend this hotel.

This is a. Very average hotel which is quite old and worn ojur infrastructure. Lobby is not fashionable and very basic. If you are looking for good hotel pls avoid this. Location is also not very good.

Location is near to metro station and restaurant, but for tourist attraction, nothing much in this area . This hotel provide A/C during winter which is good .

We had a great stay at the Pullman Shanghai Central. The location is great, at walking distance from shops and restaurants. The room was very clean and well-equipped, and the service was great. We highly recommend it.
