Excellent hotel. Very clean, modern and comfortable. The room was spacious, with great amenities, pretty, and a great value for money. The whole staff team we met were super kind and friendly, always ready to help kindly. The services are top notch. The receptionist, the butler sister, the restaurant staff were all very kind, welcoming, friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and very friendly and kind services. Breakfast selection is plenty and tasty. The hotel provides free laundry service too which was super. We have used Yunhe Yebo hotel in Xi'an and another branch near Pudong airport and their standard is all great. will use this hotel brand again when I go to China. At check-out, we were given cute gifts as well. Amazing hotel!

The hotel was perfect. The room amazing and looks exactly like in the pictures, you have everything there: tea, coffee, a kettle, sodas, everyday fruits and if you want to eat before 10pm the restaurant can make you food and the robot will bring it to you. You also have free laundry service, thats the plus that made my stay even more enjoyable. The staff was incredibly sweet, couldn't understand each other most of the time but we used translate to communicate and it was perfect. I recommend this hotel and will definitely come back when I'm back in Shanghai!

Cozy hotel, hospitable staff and great breakfasts! It is close to the metro and there are several grocery stores in the area, which is very convenient for a comfortable return to the hotel in the evening. The hotel room itself is clean and tidy.

Hongqiao Airport / Hongqiao Railway Station pick-up once: Very satisfied with the stay, would stay next time for a direct value for money, a sweet soup with pepper powder in the evening, and breakfast was fresh and fresh. This hotel is more than 5 star hotel. Their staff goes to extra length to accommodate their guests. It's a new hotel with modern facilities. Very clean environment. Daily sessional fruit platter and soup bowls were delivered to our room. Same day free laundry service was provided. I would recommend them to provide iron and iron stand in the room. Xiaoyao was assigned to our room and she was excellent. She looked after us like a family member. So humble and sincere. Very close to line 14 Zhongning road metro station. Only 3 minutes walk. There is a very nice halal Muslim food restaurant close to the hotel. Only 10 minutes walk. I would definitely stay in this hotel during next visit to Shanghai.
