Location magnificent, very beautiful building and well-kept numbers. The atmosphere is positive, and the staff helps for all issues. It was very nice to stop here!

We arrived and they helped us with everything there is, including connecting us to the right apps and settling our things.

First time in this hotel. Value for money. Good service, wonderful environment. Comparable to 4-5stars hotel. Currently on my first choice

My stay here at this hotel had excellent service. They had free airport pickup and drop off in a Mercedes and provided amazing laundry service. Good breakfast and midnight snack options. 👍👍🤙🤙

I enjoyed my stay here. Very clean. Sometimes service a little slow when needed something to the room or replying on WeChat. Everyone very friendly. Didn’t like how you the gym door was wide open and everyone could see inside. Small details but overall good stay

Staff are friendly and rooms are clean. They even offer the customers free supper session at thr cafe every night. Would recomment for family stay.

Amazing service and staff, so helpful and accommodating to our needs as first time China travelers. Very nice rooms and amenities, good breakfast, clean and organized everywhere. The hotel is outside of the main parts of the city so didi’s can be 30-50 minutes, but it’s much calmer and convenient to get to Hongqiao.
