Location is very good and very near to shanghai expo. Also the room is big and relax and so clean. I have very good experience here and I suggest to others.

Very good hotel,staffs are very friendly and helpful especially Tommy from front desk,the staff tried their very best to help guests to solve their problem. Hotel location very near to the expo center and also conveniently located.

Room is very clean and quiet. Amazing service and staff. I recommend this hotel because is very close from exposition fair. Just walk 3 minutes.

Good location to the convention center but the room is a little weird. The AC didn’t work. The shower head was angled at a weird position and the shower door opened inwards so very easy to get your towel wet.

Nice hotel and very clean. Located right next to the Shanghai New International Expo Center.

Location is ideal for business travelers visiting the exhibition center. Rooms are very comfortable even though a certain wear and tear is visible since my last stay in 2023. Service is excellent, concierge services are super, George and Joey made an outstanding job for me and my team.

The room is very big. All the facilities is clean and well prepared. The location is a bit far from shopping street, but easy if you will attend the expo because it just in the opposite side

Just opp expo hall. And have mrt station exit just beside. Clean and large room

Excellent location. I was in shanghai attending an Exhibition at SNIEC. Hotel is a 10mins walk to the SNIEC exhibition entrance. There is a food street just across the road. Local Chinese food .. hotpots, bbq skewers. A couple of bars and spas. There is also a mall at the entrance of the SNIEC exhibition centre. Breakfast is international buffet. Quality is good but variety is limited. One complaint - its free sitting for breakfast, its gets a bit messy when it is busy. I walk away to get more food and when i got back to my table there was someone else sitting on an empty chair next to me at my table. Certainly not acceptable for a 5 star hotel.

Room was ok, location near to exhibition centre. However, service at ground floor restaurant was horrible, service staff was extremely rude.
