Jag kom tillbaka till hotellet lite sent på ankomstkvällen var jag ganska trött och brydde mig inte om när jag diskade upp nästa morgon för att duscha, hittade jag stöldgods i duschrummet avlopp. Jag känner mig fortfarande äcklig när jag tänker på det 🤢 När jag checkade ut visade jag bilderna till receptionen en chef kom över och bad om ursäkt och sa att jag skulle uppgradera mitt rum nästa gång. Jag har inte för mycket teori när jag har bråttom att åka till flygplatsen, men jag vill ändå påminna hotellet om att göra ett bra jobb med den mest grundläggande hygienen. Det här känns så klart som ett problem orsakat av bristande hygien Hur som helst, det är så äckligt 🤢.

When I enter the lobby, I felt the warmth and professionalism of the staff. Whether it was the front desk reception or room service, everything was very thoughtful and attentive, making me feel particularly cared for. The guest rooms were also fantastic, newly renovated with a modern yet cozy style, fully equipped with all necessary amenities and extremely comfortable. The beds were soft and comfy, the bathrooms were clean and tidy, and there were modern facilities like high-speed internet and smart TVs. The location of the hotel couldn't be better, with very convenient transportation. Whether heading to the airport or the convention center, everything was easily accessible. Overall, this hotel is perfect for both business trips and leisure travel

Actually it is a good experience, the hotel location was very good, near the railway station and airport, also the service was good in concierge and housekeeping. The environment was great, there is a garden beside the restaurant.

Disappointing. We had to change rooms twice due to mould and the musty smell of mould or old smoke in the rooms. Around the A/C units in multiple rooms that we checked (when checking the replacement options) had mould around, and in the vicinity of the A/C vent. It was clear the vents had not been cleaned for a long time. On some floors when you came out the lift the whole floor smelt of a stale mould, or old smoke. The rooms with a mould problem should not be used. The staff were good at moving us to a better room but it took multiple attempts. The hotel itself is somewhat tired looking in places. The offer when we booked was Children stay for free. However when we checked in we were expected to pay for a bed for our daughter and purchase a 3rd additional breakfast. So this offer is basically useless, beware.

I have nothing to complain about. The hotel room was clean and spacious. The coffee machine was not working but the hotel staff changed it without a fuss. The breakfast buffet offers a great variety of Western and Chinese cuisine. As a Muslim family, there were no halaal options but there were lots of seafood and vegetarian dishes to choose from. All of the hotel staff were friendly and helpful despite the language barrier with some.

Just had some issues with the shower head and room was changed immediately. Breakfast service crew needs more training to be familiar with certain protocols. Other than that, excellent value for money with prompt response.

Upon arrive the hotel, I was immediately impressed by the spacious restaurant. Not only is it large, but the variety of food available is also impressive, ranging from authentic Chinese dishes to international cuisines, which will surely satisfy any palate. I am very Disappointed from this Hotel I left Early and had a Breakfast without Issues but my Wife left 1 hour later and when She want to go to Breakfast She where refused to Arbeiter the Breakfast Room I didn’t Expect this happen in a Hilton Hotel Also the Aisle a bit smelly as well the Rooms smells badly I will look for another Choice next Time

Best of the best! Great location near the Hongqiao train station and airport, clean and spacious room, amazing breakfast(my kids loved the Korean Ramen!) and not to mention wonderful services! We will revisit for sure when we come to Shanghai!!

The hotel room was clean, but I have a few complaints: 1. The room is very noisy at night. I was awake several times due to loud noises from upstairs and the front door. The bed is quite close to the door, so you can hear people closing the door from other room. 2. Hotel staff entered our room while we were inside. The staff knocked on the door but entered immediately without waiting for a response. I was about to open the door myself, but the staff opened it first. This lack of privacy was unsettling. 3. You have to go downstairs to pick up your food delivery.

It was a business trip for us. We had two room and stayed two nights, both bathroom had problem. Alot water come out from shower to toilet side. Second issue all furniture very old. Other details are not bad.

Thank you for the housekeeping team, they did a great job. While having breakfast F&B team did not come to clear plate although I sat just near to the entrance and they just standing there chatting with each other
