Jag kom tillbaka till hotellet lite sent på ankomstkvällen var jag ganska trött och brydde mig inte om när jag diskade upp nästa morgon för att duscha, hittade jag stöldgods i duschrummet avlopp. Jag känner mig fortfarande äcklig när jag tänker på det 🤢 När jag checkade ut visade jag bilderna till receptionen en chef kom över och bad om ursäkt och sa att jag skulle uppgradera mitt rum nästa gång. Jag har inte för mycket teori när jag har bråttom att åka till flygplatsen, men jag vill ändå påminna hotellet om att göra ett bra jobb med den mest grundläggande hygienen. Det här känns så klart som ett problem orsakat av bristande hygien Hur som helst, det är så äckligt 🤢.

I enjoyed my stay of 7 days at the facility, quite,spacious ,clean, and courteous service. I recommend it to business and family travellers.

It's not far from the Hongqiao airport. Spacious rooms, amazing variety at breakfast. Even the dinner menu has a great variety. They clean the room well everyday. There was never a need to complain about anything regarding cleanliness. Friendly hotel staff. Disney is very far from Hilton, but that's no fault of the hotel. Just sharing that important detail. There are many other nice places to see nearby. Tianzifang is a cute Chinese shopping alleyway. They have a lovely little pearl shop in there.

The hotel is conveniently located near Hongqiao Airport and the Hongqiao High-Speed Railway Station, making it easy to travel. It takes only 20 minutes to reach the National Exhibition and Convention Center. The rooms are clean and tidy with complete facilities that are well-maintained. Building No.2 has a good environment, and the rooms are equipped with large bathtubs, which are very suitable for relaxation. In terms of service quality: the front desk service is enthusiastic, the staff are professional, and the breakfast is rich and delicious. There are also many dining options in the vicinity.

The whole thing is good, the rooms are clean and tidy, the room service is very convenient, the shower room is good, the dry and wet separation is done, and the facilities are all right. Catering is also very good, a lot of choices, both Chinese and Western, service attitude is good, more timely response to demand. The location is also very good, easy to travel. Once again staying at the Xiangyuan Hilton in Hongqiao, Shanghai, everything went smoothly. The hotel is located near the Caohejing Development Zone, which can be reached by taxi in 15 minutes, making it convenient for travelling to work. The front desk service was great. I was greeted with a friendly manner and arranged for a nice room. The hygiene of the room was very clean, the linens were very neat, even the cups showed signs of careful cleaning. I enjoyed the gym facilities at this hotel, the variety of equipment was very good for my fitness needs. Overall, a very satisfying stay and would like to return again when opportunity arises

The hotel is located in the rapidly developing Hongqiao Economic & Technological Development Zone, offering a prime location with convenient transportation. The guest rooms have been newly renovated with a modern and cozy style, fully equipped facilities, providing guests with a comfortable accommodation experience. Whether for business trips or leisure travel, this is an ideal choice.

Disappointing. We had to change rooms twice due to mould and the musty smell of mould or old smoke in the rooms. Around the A/C units in multiple rooms that we checked (when checking the replacement options) had mould around, and in the vicinity of the A/C vent. It was clear the vents had not been cleaned for a long time. On some floors when you came out the lift the whole floor smelt of a stale mould, or old smoke. The rooms with a mould problem should not be used. The staff were good at moving us to a better room but it took multiple attempts. The hotel itself is somewhat tired looking in places. The offer when we booked was Children stay for free. However when we checked in we were expected to pay for a bed for our daughter and purchase a 3rd additional breakfast. So this offer is basically useless, beware.

Just had some issues with the shower head and room was changed immediately. Breakfast service crew needs more training to be familiar with certain protocols. Other than that, excellent value for money with prompt response.

Staff is very friendly at the reception. Managed to check in early. Place is clean with amenities like swimming pool and gym. Breakfast has a wide variety from local delights like soybean milk and fried fitters. And live station for wantons. They also have eggs Benedict. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

The Room was nice and clean. Unfortunately it was quite cold inside the room, because there was cold air from outside streaming in through the closed windows.
