Novotel Shanghai Atlantis var ett fantastiskt hotell. Vi hade sömlös incheckning även om vi kom mycket sent klockan 2 på morgonen. En mycket rejäl frukostbuffé med bra spridning av utsökt mat på en roterande restaurang som faktiskt är en ny upplevelse för oss. Mycket bekvämt eftersom det är nära tunnelbana och bussar och lätt att boka DiDi. Personalen är mycket tillmötesgående och tillät oss till och med sen incheckning och bagageförvaring medan vi promenerar runt i staden. Rekommenderas starkt för familjer!

The hotel is conveniently located close to Shanghai CBD, public transportation, and restaurants. The structure is clean, and efficient, with all the amenities to relax after a busy day, such as a pool and gym. The breakfast is very nice in the revolving restaurant on the 50th floor. All the staff is kind efficient and super professional. Special mention to Ms. Shelly at the recepti5, who let u feel welcomed with her impeccable manners, her professionalism, and her warm smile.

Very beautifull hotel with delicious breakfast. Rooms was very comftable and with two windows. The room number 4715 had a very beautiful views stright for Orient Pearl Tower. Restaurant on the top of hotel 50th floor with panoramic view.You can reach metro around 10 minutes from hotel. Service in hotel very polite and helpfull. We was only one night but it was very impressive.

It’s amazing. I stayed here before and will stay again most likely. The view is so amazing, and the location very convenient, so for me 10/10

We had a wonderful stay! The staff was exceptionally friendly – from the lovely housekeeping ladies who kept our room spotless, to the efficient front desk team, and the attentive service staff. Breakfast was fantastic – a rich and varied selection served in a rotating restaurant with stunning 360° views of the Pudong District. Definitely a highlight! My only minor complaints would be the lack of a toilet brush, which felt unusual for a hotel of this level, and the fact that the hotel shows signs of age – especially in the bathroom, where the silicone sealants on the shower door are a bit worn. Still, these are not major issues. Overall, very satisfied with our stay and we will definitely come back! Highly recommend!

We've had a big, clean room with a nice view. There was party big choice of food for the breakfast, Chinese dishes, some foreign, vegetables and fruits.

The room was great, with an amazing view of the skyscrapers. The guy and girl at reception are very nice. Allowed us to check in early. At first we were put in a room with a small window and it didn't have a nice view. But the girl at the reception promptly changed the room and the new room had an amazing view. My friend and I really enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

Need more Indian Meals in BF. Andy manager in Restaurant was good. Very beautiful view of Huangpu River from revolving restaurant

Absolutely stunning hotel and I can’t fault my room at all. The corridors and communal areas need a bit of cosmetic work but nothing major. I didn’t use the facilities as I was out and about but they looked good. I was able to check in early and drop my bags. Location was good. 7 minutes to the subway and a good line for access to the main tourist hotspots. A comfy bed. Fantastic shower and fantastic electric shower. The staff were lovely.

location is a little further away from the bund, can take didi cab through tunnel with extra 5-8mins difference but still acceptable. there's a mall beside the hotel which has restaurants, a spa and a supermarket etc. room is ok, average but due for renovation. stayed for 3nights, and by 2nd night the body foam bottle is already empty. went down to the lobby to tell specifically what was the problem - as the metal hinge holding the bottle wasn't able to open, the cleaner doing the daily room cleaning wasnt able to refill the bottle. however, the lobby staff didnt even bother to listen properly and pass on the instructions properly even though im a Chinese speaking mandarin. So i would say the lobby staff needs to undergo training again to show more professionalism. i think i would stay at Eton hotel next time instead.

Highly recommended this hotel for Shanghai Trip,Front desk Joanna is so helpful she even help to upgraded my room 🤗🤗 And they have 360 Rotate Restaurant on rooftop level,the food & view there is superb!!! 🤤🤤 Around 5mins walk to Subway station. I would stay here again if I come to Shanghai ❤️

I travelled to Shanghai with my mum and we loved this place, the ladies in the reception are very helpfull and friendly, they can speak English and recommend the places to visit, they gave us the map as well. Normally, we can check in at 2 pm but if the room is available, you can check in early. On my day, the room is ready around 12 pm. The room is very big, with autometic toilet which is convenience for Thai people. The room is very clean. We had breakfast at 50th floor with panorama view. We can see the oriental peral and Shanghai tower from 50th floor. There is a self-loundry in 30 th floor, no need to add detergent, it is included detergent and softening. The hotel is just away 600 m from metro Pudong avenue station. However, we took Didi every day. There is a small mall if you want to have some foods, Aldi, manner coffee and more.

This hotel offered exceptional service, stunning views, and luxurious accommodations. Truly a memorable and relaxing experience. Highly recommend!
