The room is clean, the location is good, walking distance to east Nanjing Load and the bund, there are many places to eat near the hotel, near the train station. Also the staff are lovely.

Breakfast is ok, quiet atmosphere, convenient to travel, near restaurants, overall very good.

The hotel with official name is 24K and without board Rezen name. So it’s make me confuse when the taxi driver dropped me off. The location is very convenient 10min to People Square Metro Station and 10 mins to Nanjing Road. Facilities a little bit old.

The hotel is located in a very good location. Close to everything. We just walked to the bund and nanjing street. There’s also nice restaurants around the area. Although the room was a bit small, and no other amenities. The breakfast was just okay. Overall, for the price, it was not worth it.

The staff was wonderful and attentive, the beds were comfortable, and we were enchanted by the service robots who delivered parcels to us… we named them Jeeves (grey top) and Geoffrey (black top). 😂 The location was spectacular as well… only a 10 minute walk to the Nanjing Pedestrian Street, and within a 15 minute Didi ride to everything we wanted to see on this trip.

Pleasant surprise. It is about 10 to 15 mins walk from the nearest train station. And it is near to the bund which takes about 15 to 20 mins slow stroll. The room is clean and equipped with disposable toothbrush toothpaste and comb. There is no cigarette smell in the room which is good. There are other amenities like gym and laundry room which I didn't use. Beside the hotel there is also 24 hours eateries and convenient shop across the road. Much recommended.

Convenient location to Nanjing road. A bit of a walk from the train station but easy DiDi. Lots of food options below, yang’s dumpling and popular food stall alley on the same block. Michelin star restaurant across the street, not very good though. Close to the bund

This hotel is located at Fuzhou Road which is within walking distance to famous Nanjing Road pedestrian road and with metro station within walking distance. There are many eateries outlets and bookstores nearby.

During winter period, suggest travellers to book room with window! In case theirs is a centralized heater. We encountered the room to be super stuffy and the aircon has been configured to heater only so we requested for a standing fan but it was a bad experience. Luckily upon contacting trip and they managed to make arrangements for us the next day! Glad on how they managed the situation!

It was very friendly, the equipment was adequate, and the location was good closer to Nanjing East road and to People's Square.

The room is clean and bed is comfortable. There is many local breakfast stall downstairs .
