Price was reasonable, and location was near most prime attraction. Room was spacious and clean. The only downside side was the wall are thin, and we could hear our neighbours' conversation at bedtime.

Good location close to south shaanxi station. It has an automatic toilet. The room has two big beds.

The hotel is good as usual. We stay there a lot. The view and location is amazing The only thing is that our room had door. This door is closed and separating between us and other room. The front desk lady convince me that no one is on the other side. But that was strange anyway. Just put a wall :)

First booked room was terrible. I lasted 2 minutes. It was in obvious visual disrepair. When “repaired” they didn’t even bother to match the paint color. The bathroom was not private !! Why do this?? So I changed rooms and paid for an upgrade where the bathroom has privacy. I stayed here a year ago and was quite pleased. This time the room has under gone much trauma. The rain shower head was broken. The bathroom door handle and lock was about to fall off. The silicon on the shower floor was disgusting. The complimentary shampoo, body gel Has annoying foil tabs to open. Wet fingers in the shower made for an annoying experience. To top it off, the hotel staff locked me out of my room to force me to communicate with the desk clerk instead of politely placing a message in an envelope beneath my door. I was treated so disrespectfully!! I will never return here again. Beware!!

Superb location! Located at the heart of Huai Hai Middle Road - fast food chains, cafes and fashion labels are all within walking distance. Metro station is 2-3 mins walk away. The size of the room is slightly smaller for 2 adults and 1 kid, but not a big issue for a short stay since it’s clean and nicely maintained.

Worst hotel ever. Poor service. I had stayed in this hotel for 2 nights during 12-14 Oct. Air condition was not working, they said it under maintenance just open the window. Even I tried to explain that I had booked the room with Air condition. I paid over 100 us dollars per night exclude breakfast. Front desk kept speaking in Chinese do not respond anything, even though I spoke in English explain that the room was too hot at that time. Finally, they sent us the fan as the picture. So not recommend it. Not worth for your money. The hotel is in the middle of huahai Rd, very close to subway but not worth to pay. just find other hotels instead. There is TV in your room but pretty poor network, you couldn't watch anything. The room was super dirty and old as the pictures. The pictures of the hotel have been posting in trip.com are out of date. no more Watson in the front of the hotel anymore.

Small hotel near Pudong airport. Shuttle bus driver was helpful, but the ride was 10-15mins. Considering it was way past midnight, the ride felt long. No shopsxaround. But u can purchase cup noodles. Rooms were big. But felt likt Airbnb.

The room is clean, and the service is excellent. It's in a fantastic location, perfect for families. Within walking distance to two MRT stations—just 500 meters to the main subway station (South Shangxi Road with three lines) and also close to the Middle Huahai Road Line 13. Excellent location (near Middle Huaihai). Clean rooms. Good quality at a good price.

Room is spacious! We choose Business Suite type as we have 2 adults and 1 kid, and it is just perfect! We got super big room with 2 big bed (1.50m) and a living area with 2 sofas, plus a large bathroom with separate wash basin outside the bathroom so when the bathroom is occupied other people can still use the wash basin which is a smart idea. Beds are comfortable. Hotel is in great condition in the middle of the city where the neighborhood is very safe and not noisy at all. Right next to hotel are cafes and McDonalds. Across the street is KFC and a local tea stall. Family Mart is 200m away round the corner. Very happy with the place. Subway station is 1 block away or you can just call taxi in front of hotel it is very easy to travel around. Overall i’m very happy with this hotel and if i got a chance to come back to Shanghai I will definitely choose this hotel again!

Nice hotel in a very good location. Main subway station (South Shangxxi Road with 3 lines) at 500 metres. Several Western restaurants and other amenities very close.

The room is clean and service is good, great location. Ideal location for family, walking distance to 2 MRT stations, few shopping malls, fast food restaurants. Just that the sound proof is poor.
