Service is nice because we check in late at 10 pm, serve with fast and a welcoming drink. The staff 005 has cleaned our room and thankfully. Nice and good service, and we have a pleasant journey 😀.

We stayed in the Theme Room. We chose this hotel because of its location—we wanted a hotel close to Disneyland. The hotel provides a free shuttle service between the hotel and Disneyland, which was very convenient. The room was clean, and the service was good. When I checked out, I misplaced my earpiece in the room. A staff member (Number 10) helped me find it immediately.

Everything was good/okay. If you have early morning or midnight flight hotels location is good and they have a shuttle bus too! Its great

Family friendly hotel! Good service and breakfast, most importantly come with complimentary airport transfer. The hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

The staff is incredibly nice and kind. We even received a free snack both upon arrival and at checkout! The shuttle bus to the airport and the bus to Disneyland are very convenient, making this hotel a 10/10!💕

Stayed at this hotel and found the room to be spacious, comfortably accommodating 3 to 4 people. The front desk service was excellent—staff were hospitable and always responsive to requests. A great perk was the free airport shuttle, available almost 24 hours, along with transportation to Shanghai Disneyland. However, breakfast could be improved, as the selection was quite limited, and some food was not warm enough. Other than that, I was satisfied with my stay. One issue was the TV in the room, which had a screen problem—I hope management can address this in the future.

I have stayed at this hotel several times, and there have been two airport pick-up errors. Both times, I departed before the designated time and gate. Yesterday was the same, I arrived at T2 26 at 11.44, but the car had already left. Resulted in waiting for an hour in the cold wind.住过几次这个酒店，机场接机出过两次纰漏，都是不到指定时间和指定gate，就出发了，昨天也是这样，11.44分到了t2 26号口，结果车已经走了。导致在寒风里面等了一个小时。一年期有一次出现这种接车错过的情况，马上就派车过去接了，昨晚并没有另外临时派车。这次的房间也非常非常小，以后不打算再去订这个酒店了。I have stayed at this hotel several times, and there have been two airport pick-up errors. Clean and simple room for overnight stay. Free shuttle to and from airport extra points added

No cicarette smell, good service, has breakfast as well, the shuttke bus was on time

Stayed due to a long transit at PVG Shanghai airport, taking the free hourly shuttle bus to the hotel. Hotel was clean and the breakfast had a great choice of hotel Chinese food including rice, noodles and soup and also come Western offerings like toast and croissants. I stayed in Chinese new year eve and the hotel was decorated with CNY banners.

Everything is good except the location a bit far from metro to go downtown

The room was spacious and clean. The hotel staff were helpful and very friendly. Check in and out were a breeze. Breakfast was lovely. Would stay here again!

There's shuttle service to and from the airport. The hotel is clean and modern. Counter staff and cleaning aunty is very friendly and nice. Breakfast option okay. Bus uncle also friendly.
