Sheraton Shanghai Fengxian recensioner

The staff were very friendly and professional, and especially friendly to my young son. They were my favourite thing about the hotel. The room was large and comfortable, but although we ran the air con all the time we couldn't get the room temperature below 23 degrees. For context the day time temperatures were around 30 degrees and night time below 20 while we stayed. We even had maintenance come to check our air conditioning and there was no problem with it, so this is something to do with the design of the hotel. Perhaps it is more suitable for Chinese expectations compared to foreigners? The breakfast buffet was ok - we ate well, but nothing especially exciting. The evening buffet had nice salads, seafood and fresh meats, but overall the options were a bit limited compared to some hotels I have been to. The hotel is quite new, but we saw some problems with the construction/finish (e.g. tiles had come off the bottom of the pool, there was some minor broken areas around the skirting board in our room). There is a well-equipped outdoor children's playground on the same floor as the pool. The pool is quite cold - it's good for swimming, but a bit cold for children to spend too long. The lifeguards were quite professional. Overall, I was happy with my stay due to the friendly staff and the fact that it was really quite cheap over the public holiday weekend compared to other hotels in Shanghai with similar facilities.

This hotel was ideal for this area. It’s close to local center and amenities. The hotel is of a very good standard, rooms and bathrooms are spacious. Breakfast buffet was good. Friendly staff.

Great hotel stay (former Marriott hotel). Amenities were good, and the room was a nice size. Small desk in the room was sufficient for work. Business lounge is temporarily on the ground floor, but has enough facilities.

再次入住寶華喜來登酒店，依舊收穫滿滿驚喜！前臺中間位置的那位短髮及耳的女生，熱情周到的服務令人印象深刻。從辦理入住到耐心解答疑問，始終保持着親切笑容，專業又貼心，瞬間讓人感受到賓至如歸。餐廳服務員Nico Wu同樣表現出色，不僅及時響應需求、主動添水換盤，還會熱情推薦特色菜品，服務細緻入微。除了優質的服務，酒店的地理位置也十分優越，步行12-15分鐘即可抵達青溪古鎮，出行極為便利。漫步途中，既能感受市井煙火氣，又能沉浸式體驗古鎮的歷史韻味與獨特風情。無論是環境設施、服務品質，還是交通便利性，寶華喜來登都保持着高水準，兩次入住都體驗絕佳，強烈推薦給追求優質服務與便捷出行的朋友！

步行可達青溪老街，位置非常方便。第一次看見酒店的浴室用的樂家的臉盆，高儀的龍頭，科勒的馬桶，TOTO的蓮蓬頭，把所有品牌都集全了😂早餐又亂又差，實在沒啥東西可吃，也沒人收盤子。房間沒有小童的洗漱用品提供，衹能用成人的

作為攜老帶小的家庭出遊，選擇奉賢寶華喜來登本期待一場舒適的假期，酒店硬件條件確實可圈可點——大氣的公區設計、寬敞的客房佈局、優越的地理位置（毗鄰青溪老街與上海之魚），都為行程奠定了良好基礎。然而，此次入住的軟件服務卻堪稱“高開低走”，尤其在節假日客流高峯下，暴露出的管理漏洞令人遺憾。 一、正面亮點：硬件紮實，一線服務有温度 1. 硬件設施過硬： 酒店整體裝修現代雅緻，大堂挑高設計通透敞亮，客房空間寬敞，隔音效果良好，床墊軟硬適中，適合帶長者入住。周邊步行可達青溪老街，駕車至上海之魚、奉賢博物館等景點均在15分鐘內，地理位置優勢顯著。 2. 一線員工的暖心彌補： 儘管管理層面問題頻發，但客房服務員段秀碧阿姨堪稱“救場擔當”。在我們遭遇“無備用被子”的困境時（服務枱稱“備用被褥已全部用完”），她主動協調，不僅迅速找來枕頭、親手套好乾凈被套，還貼心地説“節假日人多，別著急，先休息好”，甚至不忘祝福我們“玩得開心”。她的熱情、機敏與責任感，在冰冷的管理漏洞中注入了温暖，成為此次入住唯一的“服務高光”。 二、負面體驗：管理混亂，服務響應滯後 1. 入住流程失控，溝通成本極高： - 我們一行提前在11:30到店溝通入住時間，明確表示“全家外出用餐，約13:00返回辦理入住”，但13:00準時返回時，3間預訂房僅1間打掃完畢。考慮到節假日人多，我們主動提出“先集中到1間房休息”，卻不想這一等便是2.5小時——直到15:30，多次電話催促後，才通過機器人送來剩餘房卡（期間無任何人工告知進度）。長者孩子在狹小房間久坐疲憊，大堂沙發區也因滿員無法休息，體驗極差。 2. 基礎服務缺失，應急處理敷衍： - 入住後發現房間無備用被子，致電服務枱得到回覆：“五一期間客人太多，備用被褥全部用完了。”如此基礎的客需儲備不足，反映出酒店對節假日客流預估嚴重失誤。最終在我們堅持下，才由段阿姨協調來毛毯（非標準被褥），而服務枱全程未主動跟進或致歉。 3. 管理層態度消極，依賴一線“救火”： 從入住延誤到物資短缺，問題核心在於管理層的統籌無序：清潔進度監控缺失、客需儲備不足、應急機制空白。面對客人訴求，前台僅機械重複“請等待”，未提供任何解決方案（如優先開放休息區、提供飲品補償等），與一線員工的積極形成刺眼對比。 三、總結與建議 若以“硬件5分、服務3分”綜合評判，酒店的硬件底子值得肯定，但服務細節堪稱“硬傷”——尤其在客流高峯時，管理漏洞直接放大了客人的不便，對攜老帶小的家庭客極不友好。 建議改進方向： 1. 節假日提前優化清潔排班，實時公示房間準備進度，減少客人無效等待； 2. 儲備充足基礎客需物資（如被褥、嬰兒床等），避免“無以為繼”的被動局面； 3. 管理層需主動承擔協調責任，而非讓一線員工獨自“救火”，可提供基礎補償方案（如延遲退房、餐飲折扣），緩解客人情緒。 最後特別感謝段秀碧阿姨，她的存在讓我們相信：酒店若能真正重視一線員工的支持與培訓，服務體驗必有質的提升。希望管理層能聽見基層的聲音，別讓暖心的個體努力，被無序的管理拖了後腿。 （注：以上體驗基於2025年五一假期，日常服務或有不同，供參考。）
