Breakfast and supper are good. All the foods are really amazing. Location also near to the bund. Overall good hotel to stay for family.

Hotel was clean. Location was a bit weird that we had to walk in an alley where parking was difficult (one lane). But it is located near the main destination. Staff mostly dont speak English.

Very close to the Bund and lively shopping streets. The hotel is modern and new. The staff are super helpful with all inquiries. There is an evening buffet available for a late-night supper. The breakfast is mostly Chinese-style, but you won’t go hungry. I would stay at this hotel again on a future trip to Shanghai

Hotel location is strategic, near to the bund. There is evening porridge start 9.30PM. It is very helpful for us after walking around all day. The room is clean, their amenities also complete. They gave drinking water and tea, coke and small biscuit in their refrigerator. Near hotel there are some good restaurants. Grandmother Restaurant, Dahuchun just 2-3 minutes walk from the hotel. We recommend try these two restaurants.
The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpfull. Very recommended hotel at the bund area.

Service is top notch. We’ve stayed at various hotels in China but none came close to Atour’s service. Efficient, effective, excellent. They even prepared a birthday surprise for my child and it really made him so happy.
Breakfast was a good and sufficient spread with 1-3 changes every 2 days or so.
Location: Just a couple streets away from the bund. We took a didi to all other locations.
Room: Quite small for our family of 2A 2C. For the price we paid, we had hoped for more space.
Facilities: Best laundry room any traveller can ask for - you put your laundry in, the staff was move it to the dryer/fold it for your collection when you get back.
Deliveries: food is delivered to your room by the robot. Parcels are kept the front desk.
Improvements that can be made: the kids were quite bored and it would have been so much better if there was something to keep them entertained.
Thank you Atour for such a great stay. We will definitely be choosing to stay at other Atour hotels when we next visit China.

We had a great stay at ATOUR Hotel Nanjing East Road. The location is perfect, right near the Bund and super convenient for getting around (you should definitely go try Dahuchun, one block away from the hotel).
The staff were amazing: they changed our room right away when we noticed a weird smell, lent us umbrellas when it rained, and even helped us sort out our taxi back to the airport.
The room was clean and comfy, the breakfast was solid, and the free laundry service was a really nice surprise.
Only downside: the gym is tiny and the equipment wasn’t working when I tried to use it.
Would definitely stay again!
