Very close to the Bund and lively shopping streets. The hotel is modern and new. The staff are super helpful with all inquiries. There is an evening buffet available for a late-night supper. The breakfast is mostly Chinese-style, but you won’t go hungry. I would stay at this hotel again on a future trip to Shanghai

Hotel location is strategic, near to the bund. There is evening porridge start 9.30PM. It is very helpful for us after walking around all day. The room is clean, their amenities also complete. They gave drinking water and tea, coke and small biscuit in their refrigerator. Near hotel there are some good restaurants. Grandmother Restaurant, Dahuchun just 2-3 minutes walk from the hotel. We recommend try these two restaurants. The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpfull. Very recommended hotel at the bund area.

We had a great stay at ATOUR Hotel Nanjing East Road. The location is perfect, right near the Bund and super convenient for getting around (you should definitely go try Dahuchun, one block away from the hotel). The staff were amazing: they changed our room right away when we noticed a weird smell, lent us umbrellas when it rained, and even helped us sort out our taxi back to the airport. The room was clean and comfy, the breakfast was solid, and the free laundry service was a really nice surprise. Only downside: the gym is tiny and the equipment wasn’t working when I tried to use it. Would definitely stay again!

Exceptional Stay - Outstanding Service! We had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. From the moment i arrived, the staffs were incredibly helpful, attentive and professional. Their warm hospitality and willingness to assist with anything we needed truly made our stay feel comfortable. Breakfast perfectly fine for elderly and provided late porridge. Laundry service is good too! Location is also perfect, walking distance to major attractions. Though the room size is slightly smaller than kthers, it does not affect our stay. Understand it located at golden area. Overall, we would stay again if go shanghai, and highly recommend to anyone looking for great service and convenience.

It is really amazing while we stayed here. Location is good as nearest to the tourist places and provided a complimentary supper with nice porridge and dumnbring. I will recommend this hotel to others.

This is my second time booking with Atour. My first experience was in Guangzhou Zhuhiangxingcheng which I loved so much, so I booked Atour for our Shanghai trip. The location is perfect for the places we want to visit (Lujiazui, the Bund, Nanjing Road). It is less than two blocks from the Bund center. The hotel is small but has everything we need. Staff are very helpful. Atour will definitely be my choice for traveling in China. BTW, the price is at median level. We paid $300/night though we booked months before our trip. It is still pretty cheap compared to the hotels around that area. This is our first trip to China. We went to several places and Shanghai is our favorite!

The hotel is tucked deep in a small drive-in so it's quiet but the location is walking distance to The Bund and shopping stretch along Nanjing Road. Many coffee joints down the road where people were enjoying caffeine and the sights and taking selfies and photos of the iconic Oriental Pearl Tower. Service was great. There were many many guests coming in and out and the staff seemed overwhelmed but managed well. We got a free upgrade to a family room as the one we booked wasn't ready after waiting for an hour. Very nice offer since we were actually quite early for check-in. All in room items were complimentary and this is the 2nd of 3 ATOUR hotels I picked for this entire trip. Will recommend to friends and family for sure. Hope the next one is as comfortable.

Service at Atour Hôtel Nanjing was amazing, from Check in, to free laundry, free porridge was a nice added touch. TV screen was large and room was comfortable and clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Hotel is very well located. Only downside was the other guests that were loud until 1am and i could hear them. Otherwise were will check out other Atour hotels in China.

Overall is good but the heater was bad. Need to wait for few minutes then can use. The areas was good and few minutes walk near The Bund.

Overall, we had a very pleasant experience here! We were conveniently located next to popular Shanghai tourist locations (The Bund 外灘, Nanjing Lu 南京路), and the hotel rooms were clean and well kept. Also, the hotel staff were very helpful. We’d definitely consider Atour again! Although, we discovered that there are actually several Atour branches, so when getting to the hotel or ordering delivery to the hotel, one must pay attention to the exact address.
