The staffs are very friendly and warm. The rooms are clean and well served! Location is good! Recommend!

This hotel was a great find! It’s not available on some American booking platforms, but is cheaper and much nicer than some options available. I would recommend using trip.com for Chinese hotels. The rooms are modern and a good size. At this price point it is definitely somewhere I would stay again. The location is walking distance so nanjing road and yuan garden. But in a quiet location and near a subway. The staff also are a stand out here. They gifted us apples for Christmas Eve and when we left some food behind in the fridge, we called up and they got it and put it with the luggage we had left for the day. Great service!! :)

This hotel location is good, nearby have many restaurants. The room also big and nice, outside balcony also have the good view, can see the Pearl Tower.

Location is nice! The nearest is metro station “Dashijie” exit 5, and 6 about 100-300m. There are some minimarts which are lianhua, lawsons, and family mart. Staff cannot communicate in English but they have translator device that help them to communicate with us. Also, the staff are helpful and nice. They can call you a taxi but it’s quite more expensive that you call Didi yourselves. However, I am not impressed with the room. The toilet is quite smelly (for every night that I have been here). There is no cooling mode for air conditioner (only heater for this season (November)). The staff give us a fan to use while we’re sleeping. Movever, wifi is cannot use for google, Facebook, Youtube and other communication applications except wechat!

This hotel is close to several good restaurants. you must eat at my recommendation restaurant, you won’t regret it.

Contemporary design hotel and very conveniently located within short walk from Metro service that connects to everywhere. Many eateries nearby as well. Room can be rather small. No view even though selected with windows

Family room is a bit small for two adults and two kids. Overall very nice hotel with very good breakfast. Good location close to Metro Station. People Square and Nanjing Lu are also close by.

Hotel staff are very nice and friendly. Room is clean and the location of the hotel is quite convenient and closeby to the attractions.

Good location to travel around Shanghai. Not really close to Nanjing road so the location itself is quite peaceful at night.

Decent spread for breakfast. Waiting for the lift could take more time than usual. Pick up and drop off can be stressful as the cars cannot stop for long at that area.

The hotel is excellent, located close to both The Bund and Yuyuan Garden. Within a 5-minute walk, there are restaurants, convenience stores, a train station, and a pharmacy. It's an incredibly convenient location. What impressed me the most was the staff's friendliness. Although they couldn't speak English, they were willing to help with everything. The room was free from cigarette odors, equipped with modern facilities, and exceptionally clean. If I visit Shanghai again, I will definitely stay here.

Now that I have a proper time as I am on my way to hz. The counter staff ready to answer any questions that we have. The most remarkable is our daily lady that comes and help to clean our room she is so sweet and helpful. The breakfast spread was amazing and is full spread of western and local food. Location is near to dashijie metro and to call didi to anywhere is so convenient. Rooms are comfortable but I yet to figure out how to control the aircon/heater. Ps: don’t push customer for review when they are trying so hard to get didi as we are rushing for train. Today the counter staffs Is very pushing for a review which I don’t understand what is the hurry. I had repeatly said I will do it when I am in my most comfortable timing for the best review and I am rushing. I spoke in mandarin and he keep saying is company kpi, please management train your staff review are optional and no pressure for your kpi.
