The front desk told us it was ok to check out at 1 pm. But when we arrived at the front desk at 1:05 pm. They told us to pay an extra fee.

Hotel is affordable and in good location, but definitely quite old and the bed is not very comfortable and quite small for two people. Room was clean but bathroom felt super old. Overall would stay here for one or two nights, but not a super good hotel room

Prime location, good staff and services but lack of amenities. Stay there for 3 night and added another 3 nights due to its location. Need to ask for water for next day. Awesome stay

The location of the hotel is good, convenient with quite a lot of food options at walking distance. The metro station is also a 5 mins walk.

My room door was opened at 7:30am one day. The person didn’t say anything and closed the door. I was shocked and screamed. Later, I told the receptionist about this “surprise”. And she just said “maybe is the clean lady” and she didn’t check the camera or asked the clean lady. I don’t think this is the proper way to tackle this accident. Also the lock was a simple lock, no chained lock on the door.
If you gonna book this hotel, please bring your own belongings with you when you go out.

if you are a tourist don’t choose this hotel, it’s situated in a dirty neighborhood far from the main attractions. The room was small and the plugs were incompatible with our phone’s charger so we had to charge our phone out of the hotel because the staff couldn’t help us or tell us where to find an adaptor. Plus, room cleaning is embarrassing.

Location is nice. Room is small but comfortable. Not big enough if two people want to eat in the room. Bathroom was a bit small and smelly.

Room was a little outdated compared to photos but still quite nice. I booked for 4 nights and would have been very happy here but the room was cold. The heating did not work. I was told by reception that the heating was switched off. It was ok in bed but cold to walk around the room. Location was ok.

The wash basin was getting clogged. And the room was decent with no windows. Some foul smell in the lift and lobby
