We stayed here for 5 nights in a deluxe king room it was a nice place like home. The room was spacious 35 sq.m. with all the facilities you need; a walk-in closet with 3 sections for you and your family the space was enough to store big luggage here. They also have a table, sofa and some cabinets to put something on when you finish the day with more gifts. The restroom was separate from the shower.
The location was superb just 300 m. to Tiantong Metro Station and the bonus was a Luckin Coffee shop at the corner of the building, close to Lawson and a small Chinese restaurant.
And close to The Bund, Nanjing Road around 1 Km.
The reception was helpful, we arrived in the early morning, and we could get into the room and stay after a sleepless flight.

Pros: centrally located hotel, near the bund, very old world charm, beautifully decorated rooms, large and comfy. Breakfast was very good and varied, amazing views of the skyline, staff was friendly and kind.
Cons: there was a sewer smell in the lobby and 8th floor halls, the windows can do with a little cleaning.
