Had a great experience staying at the hotel. If you are going disneyland for the first time and would want to experience the full disney experience, it is worthwhile staying in the hotel. You get benefits from early access to the theme park to watching fireworks from hotel, and exclusive disney merchandise. The Toy Story Theme was amazing. Worthwhile a stay!

This is such a wonderful Disney hotel! The kids absolutely loved it and had so much fun. The location is super close to Disneyland, which made everything really convenient.
One of the best parts is that you can buy a half-day park ticket directly at the hotel. Their full-day tickets also come with an early access privilege, so you can enter the park one hour earlier than others—totally worth it!
They also provide shuttle bus services to the park, which is very convenient. Oh, and don’t forget to request a morning call from the front desk—the kids got a fun surprise that made their day even more magical!
Highly recommend this hotel for a magical Disney experience!

Pleasent surprised that the breakfast was great with wide variety of Chinese to western cuisine. Very friendly staff and helpful to assist us how to spend our quality time at Shanghai Disneyland.

The Toy Story Hotel is perfectly located for easy access to Disneyland, which makes it a convenient choice for those planning to spend most of their time in the park. The room is exactly what you would expect — themed with Toy Story characters, but overall quite basic. While it’s not luxurious or exceptional, it meets the standard for a branded Disney hotel. As expected, the price is higher due to the Disney brand, but if you’re looking for a fun and easy stay close to the park, it’s a solid option.

😡Except 1 of the lady who is working at the concierge service... NAME (Aurora) has a very bad attitude, and she is unfriendly... Keep showing me her stinky face when I'm purchasing half day park ticket from her...
The hotel is great, very suitable for children and the check-in was smooth... Most of the hotel staff are friendly & helpful (Bellboy, Housekeeping & Front desk) the lady 徐露茜 LUXI who was check-in us she is very patient and friendly👍 definitely be back again...
