The room was clean and tidy. Staff were okay, nothing special. Wi-Fi was very bad, with speeds between 10 kbps and 1 Mbps. The location was great, very convenient.

It is great quality for price, close to metro station, but usually you need changing for getting in the most popular places.

The check-in process for foreigners is arduous. The bed is incredibly comfortable, and the shower is lovely. However, where this hotel loses points is cutting costs regarding the elevator. There are only two elevators despite the hotel having 18 floors and sharing the building with numerous businesses, restaurants, and spas. It can take 10-15 minutes just to get to your floor. Ridiculous.

Modern and clean hotel, very well designed. The room is spacious and has a nice view. I especially like the garden section.

The hotel is clean and comfortable . The staff are very friendly and helpful. It has 2 washing machines and 2 dryers for us to wash our laundry. The only bad thing is there is no mini fridge in the room.

The room was spacious but it looks a bit old compared to the pictures. The staffs looks a bit under trained. Only 3 lifts, so make sure you have enough time and patience to wait 😆 Overall, it’s acceptable to stay but will consider other places

Great hotel. Great service. The rooms were always clean and comfortable. The lobby was full of very helpful staff who were all very pleasant. We all really enjoyed our stay.

Super friendly staff and the breakfast was everything you need. The location is not superior but with Didi you get everywhere. No pool and the gym is just a treadmill and a eleliptical. But you do get a good washing machine and dryer for free there so that is super! Overall the rooms were super nice and the shower and bed were amazing. 8/10

It was good hotel with nice location. We were allowed to check in earlier. Thank you for that. Unfortunately, the room did not have even tiny fridge. It is not convenient. But we had 2 complimentary water bottle every day. Generally, it is okay to stay there.

Hotel seemed good (on paper) but turned out to be a bad experience. I had reserved a high-floor room (2 rooms) but was placed at what seemed like a basement level. The windows out of the room were covered by a very high wall, so no view of anything and fairly stagnant air (no air flow at all). The insulation is horrific (this was by far the worst hotel experience like this) and we were kept up at night with noise from other people in other rooms. Cleanliness was not great. Some smart details such as disposal face towels but family complained of dirty linen and pillow covers. Overall, do NOT recommend under any circumstances.
